I looked up. I had been pawing at the ground. "Oh, hello!" My ears pricked up, but I was still mopey. "I don't believe we have met before, hmm? Although, I joined about nine moons ago," I shifted, sitting up.

A cold, cruel gaze still shone in my eyes, hiding my true self. "Most cats don't dare come touch me, you know," I mewed, "don't you think the vines on my legs are.. weird?"

Pricklestep smiled warmly. "I have seen you around, Im Pricklestep and I do think those vines look dashing on you." a lovely twinkle gleamed in his eyes as he took a step closer to the she-cat.

"So, if you didn't know, I'm Moonfoot," I nodded, "and thank you for the complement, Pricklestep." I blushed uncontrollably, somehow visible on my deep blue-grey fur. This is a chance, and he can see it too, I thought.

A chance at love, what a glory! I told myself happily.
"Quick question, do you have a mate..? Like, someone close to you?" I questioned curiously, wondering if something like this could really, really work.

"If not, would you consider.." I trailed off.

Pricklestep smiled. "Are you asking me out?" his pelt fluffed up in emaresement before he touched his nose to Moonfoots check. "If you are then Yes I would love to be your mate." he smiled warmly at her. "I been noticing you for quite some time..." Ahh! That was such a stupid thing to say! he thought to himself.

How could one successfully hunt for herbs if they didn't have a clue where to find them? In her few moons of joining Riverclan, the healer never was properly shown around... Aside from that pond that Gingerfrost found her at that was... No longer Riverclan territory. Just thinking about it had her tail flicking irritably but there was no time to dwell on it. There was so much to see and now was the time. Time to find a capable looking warrior to take her out... Eyes scanning the clearing they settle upon a cat she had never really had the chance to talk to before... He looked strong, though, in case anything were to happen. And Tansypaw wasn't really looking to travel with a large group so a capable warrior had to be the one to escort her out. No harm in asking, right?

Hesitantly she makes her way over to Rushwater, each paw-step brimming with nervousness as she comes up behind him and clears her throat.

"E-Excuse me... If you're not busy do you think you could show me around the territory? I never got the chance to see it all and I really think it'd be helpful if I knew where I was going..."

if there was one thing rushwater liked, it was keeping busy. no, thats not sarcasm: genuinely, rushwater preferred having something to do while he mulled over his plans and ideas. it was best keep both his mind and body active, so he could be ready for whatever life throws his way. everything was an exercise to him, a way to improve. if he couldn't find a benefit in something, chances are he wouldn't do it.

speaking of, he had just gotten up from a short powernap (he often rested when his body started to feel tired; he wasn't insane, just a workaholic) and was just finishing a long stretch in the clearing as he tried to figure out what needed done around the clan.

an answer came to him without any effort- in fact, it walked up to him. raising an eyebrow, he craned his head back to glance at tansypaw as she cleared her throat. territory tour? well, it was something to do.

he cleared the sleep from his throat and turned to fully face her. her nervousness was more than obvious, especially to his keen eye. he gave a small, relaxed hum as he replied; "i'm not busy," a pause, "what do you already know so i don't overexplain what you've already learnt?"

Cherryswirl raised her head upon hearing Tansy's call about needing some help. Oh. This gave her an idea. Quickly racing around camp, the older warrior was intent on finding her younger sibling, Risingpaw. She had been meaning to take the little one out for some quality time (maybe even some extra training if they wanted) and this was presenting the perfect opportunity! Spotting Rising, Cherry's tail raised high in the air happily,

"Risingpaw!" She called cheerfully, "Come tag along, let's help Tansypaw get some supplies!" She waved her tail for her sister to follow as she hurried over to the small group collecting around the medicine cat apprentice. It already looked like there was a double moon party looking to help as well. Cherryswirl nodded her head respectfully to the two,

"Tansypaw! If you need anymore help, Risingpaw and I can go searching for ya."

Head snapping up from the ground as the cat rested, their name was called by a very close cat. Cherryswirl! Sister! "C..coming!" They stood up, giving the older cat a gingerly smile. She could do this, Sissy had offered and everything. It was perfect, more bonding time. The ginger and white apprentice pads over. Brushing her muzzle briskly along the other ginger cat's side if she allowed. "Lets go?" They asked the older cat, apprentices couldn't just leave camp alone. They took a quick not of the requested herb, a root or something. Risingpaw was eager to have one-on-one time with her older sister. Plus, getting this herb could aid in the clan's future! Risingpaw wanted to help in that, even better, with Cherryswirl.

Weaseltooth dragged Splashfur's mauled, bloody, decaying corpse into the camp, eyes full of both worry and anger. "Oi! larkstar! Look what I found in the territory! Ol' Splashfur's dead! Good riddance!" He yowled loudly."I reckon ol' William is back, and if I see him I'm takin' out 'is eyes! I won't just sit 'ere while William threatens the safety of our clan. Maybe we could try and find a way to negotiate with the old git."(I am so sorry, I just HAD to give him my [dead] granddad's voice as his voice and he has an Accent that makes me laugh.)@FrostyGalaxy
