Moontail worried of jumbling her kits too much, but darted from Lightningpaw's straightforward path.

"Foreseeable," she commented.

She wasn't going to pin her, bite her, claw her, she was only going to avoid her until it was seen and stopped hopefully. Any retaliation or violence from her could be twisted, and that would be the end of her kits, and her own life.

"A shame." Well, Lightningpaw tried. At a later point, he'd see about training her so numbskulls like Moontail would have a hell of a time playing keepaway. "At least you got her mind off her nonsense." That last part was a mutter, nearly inaudible.

Still, Wolfpaw was well aware Moontail wasn't going to leave this be. She already had a track record of causing issues, and now she was stooping to try to manipulate apprentices. His tail lashed, with some contemplation. "Moontail, if you're going to say anything further I suggest you try to think before you open that mouth of yours." Or her tongue might be removed, and unlike Lightningpaw Wolfpaw would not miss.

Moontail snickered, she had needed a bit of exercise and fun. "Oh, I always do. I'd say I'm not convinced for the both of you however. You seem to jump at anything, talking, or fighting."

She directed her last remark directly to Lightningpaw. "Even if obviously inexperienced."

Lightningpaw grew a little smirk to herself before she ran over to her other side which didn't have Wolfpaw at and she jumped in to go for another bite like she was told to do. She was only defending herself!

"You're the one spewing treachery." Wolfpaw flexed his claws against the ground, letting Lightningpaw do her thing - for now. "Doesn't sound like you put much thought into anything, actually. All your words have done is put you in a bind."

Moontail watched Lightningpaw and heard the remark from Wolfpaw. "Again with these baseless accusations. Poor senseless kits," she hissed teasingly, her eyes glittering as the apprentice flew to her side.

She darted forward, hopefully avoiding the attacking apprentice's trajectory.

All that Lightningpaw was a good bite on the Queen's tail. She quickly spit off the fluff in disgust. The tail wouldn't break, it was just hurt. "Ugh, you got your stupid fur in my mouth!" Lightningpaw yelled at her in annoyance, before she went to cleaning herself as she did not respect this fight. Then again she didn't think the queen would dare hit her...

While Moontail darted forward, Wolfpaw flicked his tail inconspicuously in front of her paws - with her being so distracted by Lightningpaw, odds were she'd trip. And if not, it wouldn't look like it was intentional. "So baseless you're just some innocent, unfairly treated queen, right?" Everyone with a brain knew what she was doing. "And you totally weren't trying to convince Lightningpaw Bumblestar is the big-bad in the forest. Oh no, you're just concerned, right?"

Huffing a bit now, she nodded curtly, looking over at Wolfpaw for a second.
"Precisely."

She lowered, and pounced next to the grooming apprentice, landing with a sheathed paw near her neck.

"Got you." She purred and swished her tail in satisfaction.

Lightningpaw opened her eyes widely and hissed violently and bit the closest bit of cat that was near her. She did NOT take this lightly as she couldn't tell if the paw was sheathed or not. Even if she could tell, claws could come out as quick as a flash.
