She then looked back to Lionscar, delighted he accepted her invitation. "Excellent! Hopefully the apprentices will be on board too." She purred. "I promise Snowpaw we'd work on combat next, it'll be good for everyone to have a sparring partner." She added, her bright green eyes turned to Lionscar fully.

Heathernose laughed softly. "They can be hard to predict can't they?" She meowed. "But between the two of us, I'm sure we can come up with a good lesson!" She added, her voice brightening as she spoke.

Heathernose smiled back at Lionscar, then licked her chest fur self-consciously. "Uh...so..." She already asked how he had been, she couldn't ask that again that'd be mouse-brained! But she couldn't think of wait else to say now. Great. Now I'm the one who's nervous! She shuffled her paws anxiously, whiskers twitching as she racked her brain for something to say. She normally didn't mind sitting in silence with another cat, but she wasn't sure how Lionscar felt about that, or if there was more he wanted to say.
