The young mollys ears pricked as her name was called. Curiously, she looked at Eggbite, tipping her head when he asked his question. Handling Daylightpaw's assesment? Sure, she could try that.. she gave him a quick nod. "Yeah, can do that!" Though she herself didn't have much experience, training her two apprentices had been fun and she still remembered how her assesment had worked. Just a brief rundown of all the skills needed to become a ThunderClan warrior. She was sure she could handle that.
Starsdamnit, Starsdamnit all. The camp was quiet aside from a few cats here and there. Which left the clearing mostly empty for Violetfreckle to pace around. Well, pace as best as she could — her leg was almost healed, but it still wasn’t good enough. She still winced if she put too much weight on it. But this wasn’t going to stop her now. The tabby cat walked in tight circles, looking up at the camp entrance and down to her paws and up again. She should be out there fighting for her Clan. Instead, she was stuck here because of some stupid queen with a grudge. Violetfreckle sincerely hoped Mapleface was rotting in hell. A hiss at the thought. And more pacing.

"Me too," Mallowpaw agreed. She stood up to head to her nest, but before she could a commotion caught her eye. An apprentice had rushed into camp, body language panicked, signing something Mallowpaw didn't catch. As clanmates gathered around him, Mallowpaw figured out another apprentice, Fallowpaw, was dead.
Mallowpaw hadn't really known the apprentice, but still- how had she died? She swallowed thickly. More death.
Then the apprentice collapsed, and Mallowpaw took a step forward in concern. Was he okay? But soon Springpaw came, and she seemed to be calm. It'll be okay, she thought. Mallowpaw hovered there, wanting to see what happened but also wanting to distance herself from the panic thrumming in the commotion.
