Rushingmoor laughed and shook his head. The kid was growing on him. When he said he was ready, the stripes to shifted and shot out his paw, pulling back a bit like he’d done before. He didn’t want to hurt Curlpaw.

Walking up to Brindlejaw she smiled sweetly at the deputy before letting out a huff and moving on to find her patrol members. "Hailpaw dearest little thing!
