Sam eyes widened, he gulp. "U-um. I r-rather n-not. Pl-lea-ase. " He tried to sink into the ground which failed. He narrowed his eyes, not wanting to be close to the tom at all. It gave him a bad vibe. He didn't squeak his name out or anything until he heard something whisper into his ear. Then, he was staring in the eyes of a probably murder or somethin. Sam breath quicken, leaning back enough he could fall over just by a small push. "I do-ont k-know." He lied. He didn't want him to know. He didn't want to be called a coward, the tom was just scary! Surely he wanted to hurt him, right? He even said he could. That is like, the same thing as saying imma gonna kill you, kitty cat. Sam cursed his appearance maybe, if he was bigger and scarier cats would leave him alone.

Clive laughed lowly "But...why would I kill you? You did nothing to me" he said his expression now calm with was scary since he was just saying he could kill Sam. The bigger tom got closer to him and whispered "But I would Hurt you" he laughed his expression was still calm when he said that, he loved scaring cats,, especially smaller, weaker ones.

His eyes widened at his last expression, he scrambled away. He ran for the Barn, maybe he could hide? Sam didn't like fleeing but it was scary. He couldn't handle scary. He hid under some hay that was leftover from the former owner. Sam squeezed his eyes shut, his tail wrapped around him as he hid. Possibly Clive would get the hint he didn't want to be scared. Why wasn't Styx even helping?

the orange, black, and white Tom got up and padded over to where Sam hid "There's no point in hiding" he meowed and looked him in the eyes. The male studied Sam "You haven't eaten in awhile have you?"
He asked calm now.

The small tom slowly crawl out of the hay stack, sitting down as he lick the strands of hay away. "I-I'm S-sam. H-however ev-veryone call-ls me Samm-my." He managed to mumble out.

he said quietly looking down slightly at Sam "Sorry for scaring you" the Tom apologized and looked down at the floor still feeling bad for messing with him. Clive looked back at Sam 'He's really cute..wait what?! Clive you just met him!" he thought then looked away fastly looking kinda flustered.

"Oh! A traveler, I met some of those. I wanted to be one but, its scary. " He admit, his eyes seem to light up. "I could show you around if you like? Its Leaf-Bare so I can't show you the flower patch but their are a lot of cool places around here!" Sam seem more happy now. He could easily be mistaken for a she-cat. Sometimes cats would ask him if he was non-binary or well something like that. It wasn't his fault his growth was stunt and how he looked. Sam started to think where he could take the tom, not noticing he got closer. "I know we have the meadow, its pretty cool. Usually something is hidden in there. I once found a `tire`. " Sam said.

Clive nodded"That would be nice"he said and got up stretching a bit. He looked at the males eyes then looked at the ground again he noticed their noses was a mouse whisker length apart from each other it was fine with him. Clive was stopping himself from touching his nose with sams nose.

Sam eyes widened when he got so closed, he let out a small `eek` before scrambling off. "F-follow me-e!" He squeaked, trying to maintain hold of his voice. He headed for the meadow, letting his thoughts scramble around trying to grasp what was happening. He just met a tom, check. The tom is kind of scary, check. The tom is handsome, bonus check. The tom keeps getting close, check. Sam really needed to stop running however it was a instinct. He remembered when he was kind of dating a tom for a short time, every time the tom got close or something he ran.. Sam just couldn't stand being touched.
