Shrikepaw was watching this disaster go down intending to simply observe and enviably laugh when things went wrong but then his sister had to get involved. With a large reluctant sigh the tom groaned in protest but still got up and joined Marigoldpaw in the fighting group giving her a mock frown and a poke to the side. "This is stupid sister we're gonna get shredded, if you wanted to get bitten you could just ask me and I'd happily do it with much less stress. But if you are keen on this idea I suppose Ill stick around to watch your back." He teased shooting a vicious glare at anyone who came over to try and sit with them, he would happily for all his griping do this if Marigold asked but he would not socialise with other apprentices. His love for his sister had limits and that limit was talking to others (maybe who knows maybe some of the others were actually tolerable, not that he would know)

The golden furred apprentice could not wait to attack the warriors and surprise them! It’s be hilarious! Wait....we’re claws going to be sheathed? Sadly...they most likely would be. Marigoldpaw shuffled into the fighting group.
