Mintpaw sniffed the mouse Blossombunny has killed, before trying to find something like that scent, but that wasn't necessary. There was a small thrush in the distance. Mintpaw crouched down and crept towards the brown little bird.
The feline crouched even further and waited a bit.

(Dice rolled: 5, success)

Mintpaw suddenly pounced and tripped, the bird flied away but the feline batted at it with an outstretched paw, claws unsheathed. The thrush fell due to its wing was now hurt by the swipe. Mintpaw ended with it with a bite on its feathery neck, and proudly held glow prey. Glow really got it on the first try? Glow couldn't believe it, but here glow was!

Mintpaw smiled, proud of glowself. And a bit happy because glow knew the clan could eat from it!

Mintpaw meekly nodded, the slight smile still there on glow muzzle. The apprentice did as told as quick as glow bad leg would allow.
