Sootfur joined the crowd that was gathering under Batblood's call. I wonder what he has in mind? It was weird to call for elders and kits, especially if they were to get out of camp. He looked at the Keeper with a mix of curiosity and concern, but the tom didn't notice him and walked over.

Unease had been keeping the young tom awake ever since the thing between Thunderclan and Shadowclan had escalated. Minor one-on-one fights, strange disappearances that seemed a bit too close to the border, and perhaps the occasional stride over the border, but the recent battle had been one of the biggest things since the invasion, and all this had left more than one night of his sleepless.
He had been just a young apprentice back when Dawnstar and her minions took over his clan, but still remembered those two moons very clearly, and though he disliked Shadowclan, he trusted them not to do anything too stupid under their current leader's rule. Dawnstar might be cruel and maybe a bit insane but didn't seem the least bit dumb. Yet, angering her didn't seem too wise (even if he didn't consider it much of Thunderclan's fault at all), and
with all the recent events... he didn't trust peace to last for long.
His original plan had been to take out groups of cats so they could all brush up on their fighting skills, learn new moves from each other, and maybe come up with a few new ones while they learned to fight better together (it was something their current system with training apprentices didn't seem to teach enough off). But this was more important, and something he wanted to start with. Maybe it would also remind apprentices and warriors about what could be on the horizon, and encourage them to train more in their free time.
But to protect everyone, this was his priority.
"Thunderclan!"
He called, positioning himself in the middle of the camp to summon the rest of the clan. "I want everyone to gather outside, kit to elder, this is something everyone should be present for!"
[With the recent events, Batblood has grown uneasy, so he is putting together a plan for how the camp should be evaluated in the case of another invasion. This is a clan-wide event, so anyone in Thunderclan can come, but participation is not mandatory. ]
Moonspot heard the call from the nursury. comming out she then gathered with everyone to listen. curious of what was happening as she wasnt used to new events like this.

Cloverkit
The small she-cats ears perked at the mention of kits. Quietly she slunk from the nest she occupied in the nursery green eyes curious as she now stood in near the front of the gathering cats BatBlood in perfect view of the kit as she tilted her head in question. Head still tilted the long-furred she-kit sat down making herself comfortable as she waited for whatever was going on to actually be explained.

Ashkit He/Him
*.*.*
Ashkit looked up, ears pricking. One of the quiet kit’s clanmates- he recognized as Badblood, was standing in the middle of camp, seeming to be about to give an announcement. He stumbled over to the brewing crowd, stretching his neck as high as he could to peer over a head or two at Badblood. I outta head back to the nursery… he probably doesn’t want kits to interrupt… He began to think, but just as the thought crossed his mind, Badblood said, ‘Kit to elder.’ Welp, that was great, a free chance to prove to this clan Ashkit was an awkward wimp. What fun, whatever this was, it was going to be just great.
