Making her way back up to Elmshadow, Larkfire found that even the remnant taste of sweet honey in her mouth was not enough to lighten her sour mood. She'd wasted fickle time searching for her missing patrolmates, and that had just made her late. Stopping in front of ShadowClan's dark medic, Larkfire canted her head to the side with quiet scrutiny. "I dropped off the honeycombs. Houndhunter, Eveningpaw, and Morningpaw all went with me, but midway through the patrol all three of them drifted off somewhere and disappeared." Really, that was all she had to say. Straight to the point, nothing more, nothing less.

Striding into the clearing, Vulturefang approached Shadow ledge and sat beneath it. Narrowed eyes roving the area before him, he mentally went over the needed duties. Wavering borders, the lack of food in storage, and everything in between... Jeez, he had a lot to do.

The warrior heard her name being called. Once she heard her name called for a patrol with Nighthound.... She huffed. Why did Starclan hate her so much! God bro, why did she have ass luck.


Basically stomping to a place where she would be easily seen, like that was difficult with her size anyways, she just wanted to be extra at this point. She would be taking over. She didn't care who tried to argue with her.

"Hey! Vulture, seeing as I'm the first one here! I'm gonna take over as patrol leader. They can try to fight with me, but I'm leader from this point on."

The warrior sighed as she waited for NightHound and IrisFlight. Okay maybe this patrol wouldn't be so bad with them in it as well!

Darkcloud silently stalked towards Elmshadow hoping the rest of her patrol was following as she dipped her head respectfully to the medicine cat "Elmshadow the patrol went well and we all gathered a sizeable amount of herbs" she reported calmly.

Ratpaw heard his name and looked up with his only eye. Really he was to go on a border patrol with the man himself? Awesome! The tom kept himself composed his deformed body showing no signs at all. He then waited until Vulturefang was done namingbthe rest of the patrols.

The tomcat bounced up from his position beside the apprentice's den, eyes brightening. Holy MOLY, another patrol?! And this time a HUNTING patrol, how fun and exciting! He didn't really know how to hunt yet, but there was once a time that he didn't know how to eat, too, and now look at how good he was at it! Chubs hopped over to where he hoped to find his patrolmates. Once he did, he'd offer them a cheery grin, tail wagging like a madman. "G'Day- I don't really know how 'ta hunt, but I'm willing to learn, or just help carry stuff too!"

His name got called for a patrol again, but did the first count? It had to since it was for those plant thingies, marigolds? And he forgot what the other one was; he was sure he didn't need to remember it anyway since he was training to be a warrior and not some medicine cat. Rufflepaw must be good at patrols if he was being called for another one, and he would bag this one, too, like the one before. Not wanting the other patrol mate to wonder where he was, the ginger tom made his way over with a bit of pep to his talk. "Here I am, ready to bring home all the prey possible!" he grinned; he didn't know this Brokentalon guy but hoped they were fantastic.
