"W-Wait Firestream, hold on!"

Ugh, he definitely said something wrong, didn't he? Then again with the touchy she-cat it was pretty easy to say the wrong thing... Next time he'd be more aware of his words. In order to catch up to her he has to trot pretty quickly, comfortably padding at her side once doing so.

"We could hunt together, if you want? Hunting is usually more pleasant if you're not alone..."

Firestream ignored him and continued walking until he suggested they hunt together the pretty she-cat stopped and glanced at Yarrowcrest "Very well then" she huffed secretly she was plesed that he had asked to hunt together as she wasn't very good at hunting.

Being ignored doesn't bother him. It was just kind of Firestream's thing. But when she looks at him with something other than a glare and responds with something other than a bite to her words, his tail shoots up happily. Finally, he felt like he was getting somewhere with her! He didn't expect to be everycat's best friend or anything, but he would at least like to be cordial with his fellow clanmates. He nods to her.

"Great!" He purrs his response, obviously pretty pleased that they were hunting together. "And then we can eat and share tongues! Sound like a plan?"

And off he goes into the nearby brush, tail still raised high. The enthusiasm of an apprentice was still pretty apparent in the young warrior, even just in the way he bounds away to go find something to eat for his evening meal!

Firestream watched carelessly as Yarrowcrest Bounded away "So this is hunting together?" she thought annoyed as she padded off in the opposite direction she was plannning on just saying she couldn't find anything but if he didn't give her his prey then she'd just have to go back to camp to grab something.

Finding and catching a mouse was easy enough! And on his way back to the cove, where the two of them had originally spoken, he found another and couldn't resist with how hungry he was. He felt a bit guilty about eating a bigger meal but if it came down to it the two of them could share or he could bring it to the fresh-kill pile instead! Nothing wrong with catching a little extra, especially when prey was so abundant in Green-Leaf!

Seated in the small clearing of flattened grass they had been in previously, he tilts his head at the she cat. Haven't caught anything? She wasn't gone for very long. There are suspicions that she didn't even try but at least she got up and made an attempt at all, he guesses. That was good enough for him. He nudges one of the mice he caught with a paw and nods in her direction before crouching and beginning to enjoy his own meal.

Sunleap led Violetfreckle and Lightningpaw to firefly cove. After they arrived he saw dandelions and daisies. The yellow tom grabbed 3 dandelions and 2 daisies. +3 dandelions +2 daisies @sol. @vellichor
