Darkfall gathered along with the other cats that were called for the patrol. He would be leading along Moonpaw and… Sunstep was it? Well, this was his first time leading an official patrol, so he hoped he’d do well! Noticing Moonpaw he walked up to her, gosh was she getting big compared to the small kit she had been when they first met, ”Let’s wait a bit for Sunstep before heading out.”

A hunting patrol... It had been a while since she last went hunting with anyone. Not since Hawkbite found her in the territory, even before the buddy system. That was... Stars, it felt so long ago, but it had certainly only been a few moons. At least, much to her comfort, it was with Foxcall, a warrior she recalled had offered their help during the evacuation. It helped her pull a little smile, waving her tail in greeting once she found the feline. Hopefully this patrol would go without issue.
Foxcall quickly trotted up tail and aging a greeting to the other warrior, “I’m ready whenever you are to go Nightshiver!”

His name uttered from a nearby feline, Mousepaw turned to come face to face with a dark warrior, throwing a grin in greeting at her. If his memory served him right, this one was... Elkleap? Gasp! No no no, Elkleap was the ginger furred one, not the one with black fur. Silly silly! A little snort escaping him at his momentary lapse in memory, Mousepaw tilted his head, realizing that Vixenivy had arrived before the patrol lead as well. Oh nooo. Were they supposed to leave without Elkleap and wait for him to catch up? Or were they meant to wait? Mystery.
"Yes yes, you assume right! You do, you do! I am Mousepaw, pleased to meet you," the gray apprentice chirped happily, realizing he'd never really spoken to this warrior before. "Are you excited to go to WindClan's border? Are you? I am, I am! I have never been there before, nope. I heard though... I heard... There are no trees in WindClan?! Sounds so stinky stinky, don't you think?"
Happily talking as he was to the warrior before him, Mousepaw hadn't noticed the patrol leader's approach until he'd spoken Vixenivy's name. Rounded ears perked up as he stomped white toed paws on the ground, eager to get going. This would be his first foray into WindClan's border, yes yes! And now that they were all here, they could go off to adventure! Victory!
Approaching Sorrelflare, she called out a greeting,
"Sorrelflare, I finished the patrol and deposited my prey , but Mudworm never showed up for the patrol."

Honeybite deposited her prey at the preypile before finding Sorrelflare, confident that Blackhawk was still following her. He was perhaps the least irritating patrolmate she'd been chosen so far, which was.... saying a lot, actually.
Everyone annoyed her.
Yet somehow he hadn't. Quite a great cat, then. "Sorrelflare. My apologies for being a bit late. The prey was especially elusive today, but our patrol was successful. Together, Blackhawk and I brought home 5 prey pieces."
