Hummingbirdkit stood up as Stormkit walked away. I'm up now, so I might as well do something, he thought, shaking out his pelt. The kit's legs were wobbly, as he walked over to his sister, who he saw sitting alone in a corner. She's looking sad, maybe I can help that, he nudged her shoulder to make his presence clear.

Trotting back inside the den Applekit shook her pelt only to release a brr! Playing with her momma was fun but it was cold. She didn't like the cold that much. Sighing the she kit looked around the nursery only to give a small frown, she didn't have any friends yet. Maybe she could start here? Spotting a kit she would soon come to know as Lilackit , Applekit padded over to them
"hewwo! I am applekit! The strongest kit in the nursery! I has wawwrior spirit! " she mewed with a proud puff of her chest.

Lilackit saw at Applekit, and began looking her over. "I'm Lilackit." The small molly mewed, not moving from her position (she a short bean )

The five moon old gave a nervous flick of her ears only for her eyes to lighten . "have you heard of my momma ? She's the best! Her names Sparklight " she smiled. "..am I interrupting anything ?" she asked with a tilt of her head.

Having to speak her mind, Applekit twitched nose
"your boring..." she whined with another huff. " do you do Anything ?" to her lilackit was starting to give her the impression of a bump on a log but more hollow.

Eyes narrowed "yes I do. Did you only say that because you dont? Because its what I'm seeing right now " she retorted . Her little tail flicked with frustration. "I just came back from playing with my momma!" she added .

"I can too do stuff. I'll prove it." Lilackit mewed, getting up to grab a moss- ball from the other side of the nursery. Bringing it back, the lilac kitten batted it to Applekit.
