"OHHHHHH GINGERRRRFROSSTTTTTTTTTT" The snowy white apprentice yowled on top of her lungs. Drizzlepaw was wayyyyy beyond excited now that she got what seemed like a cool mentor. Bouncing in circles around the clearing the molly wondered what the two would do today. Hunting? Patrolling? Fighting? Swimming? Oh there were so many options! "GINGYYYYYYYY" Once again she yowled to get the warrior's attention, maybe this time he would come running!

Streamrunner guided Nightpaw around, looking for Kestrelwing. The apprentice was bleeding a bit on her ear from barley escaping grimhounds strike. “Kestrelwing?” Streamrunner called. @spade

Finally. A break to rest his paws. Kestrelwing had settled down with a plump looking trout to satisfy his growling belly. No more patrols to send out. No more warriors coming to him, as stupid as an idea as that was. Finally just some peace and...

Ugh.

Kestrelwing's ears flattened against his head and he let out a growl. [B]"Stars, what now?" Rising to his paws, and more importantly abandoning the delicious trout, the gray tabby swung his head in the direction his name had been called. "Nightpaw? Streamrunner? What-" he began, then stopped as he noticed the blood trickling down his apprentices ear.

Instantly he bounded over, yellow eyes narrowed into slits. The faint trace of rogue and ShadowClan lingered on both of them, and Kestrelwing growled. "What the hell happened?? Streamrunner, what did you get my apprentice into??" Anger bubbled, rose within him until it threatened to spill over. He shot a daggered glare towards the older warrior, advancing on him. "Why did you go to the ShadowClan border? What business did you have there? I don't remember assigning you to that patrol?"

Barely waiting for a response Kestrelwing was already scanning the clearing for Snakeheart. Goodness he did not want to bother the snippy tom with a fish-brained warrior and a mouse-brained apprentice, but the bleeding was concerning. "Get your tail over to Snakeheart, now," he hissed at Nightpaw, using his tail to guide her to the den. "Streamrunner, wait here," he ordered to the tom, heading off to the medicine den.

Streamrunner sat. “Oh,” he said. “Just so you know. Nightpaw fought valiantly.” Nightpaw looked up at Kestrelwing, she was tired. She made a weak smile walking into the medicine den. @spade

Riverkit walks out of the medicine cats den, and flops down near the nusery, and starts crying.

Heronflight managed to lock both her eyes on his. Her lower one hurt a bit, so she forced it back. The Molly let out a tired yawn and brushed her cheek up to his before stalking to the warriors den. While she did that her fluffy tail grazed his chin. The black and white Molly stepped inside to lay down.

Redwing sat in the clearing.

Kestrelwing couldn't decide which made more sense as he stalked over to where he'd left Streamrunner. This clueless mouse had almost gotten his apprentice killed while attacking a ShadowClan warrior for no reason. "Listen to me you piece of filth," the tabby growled, in no mood to be civil or keep his voice down. If RiverClan cats started crossing borders and attacking the other Clans without good reasoning, they were just as bad as their enemies. "If I ever catch another word of you crossing a border into ShadowClan territory unprovoked to start a border skirmish I'll have your tail. My apprentice is my responsibility. Where she goes gets run through me first. Got it?"

Yellow eyes were alit with anger. "I have been sending out patrols and not once did I call you to go to the ShadowClan border. There is a reason I have not been assigning apprentices to do these border checks, especially with that disgrace of a group. We already have enough death to deal with." His fur had begun to rose as he stared down Streamrunner, oblivious to if he was causing a scent or not - and not really caring either.
