She shuffled her paws, thinking.
She'd gotten to explore them some during the event Sootstar had, but she'd been more focused on hunting than memorizing them. She always had wanted to explore the caves. Didn't know why, though.
They just seemed to call to Palepaw.
"I was hoping we could poke about, see what's inside. Explore them."

Bugpaw just sat in the camp, bored out of his mind. He no longer had a mentor and he had no training at all. He wanted to be a part of the next battle if it happened, but instead he was given a mentor who hadn't even showed up. Sure he liked to prank cats, but still he wanted to train. Learn a few things.

Barleypaw is my main and only character and is currently a Windclan Apprentice if anybody wants to roleplay with her or has a small plot they need an extra cat for. If you do just mention me in a post no need to ask and I'll reply whenever I can. Also if its a plot vm me what it is, so I'm not confused.

"I'm... sorry about that." he continued awkwardly. It wasn't his fault, he had nothing to apologize for, and he had never even interacted with the cat - but it felt like the right thing to say.
"Right, well, frankly I've had so many cats joining and rejoining that the whole spiel of it is rather tiring - I know you, you know me, I don't see the point of going through it all. Next time you need to clear your head - go dunk your head in some cold water. It'll get you straight awfully quick. Know that I won't be so lenient if this happens again blah blah blah go get yourself a new nest set up."

she remembered playing with the ball when she was this kit's age. it was the same moss ball that she had just toss that she had played with all those seasons ago. and yet... it didn't smell. it didn't have any trace that it was old. not at all. she smiled, remembering back then.
