STARTER
Laurel slowly stumbbeled through Windclan territory, unknowingly crossing the border and continuing onward, hoping to find... Something, anything. Her small paws already felt sore from all the walking and her stomach was empty besides from a weird bug she managed to catch, which upset her belly more than fill it, but aye, it was something. Still, her belly was already rumbling, asking the tiny kitten for food it couldnt provide.
Eventually she hopped onto a small pile of stones and colapsed from the exhaustion . The warmth of the rocks was... Nice, she could stay there for a little bit, better than resting in the ground (not like her legs would suport her for much longuer anyway). She streched and layed down for a little while, forcing herself to not inmediatly fall asleep and become an even easier target for whatever lurked in there. Eventually, a familiar scent got caught in her nose. The little kitten could barely distinguish what it was, the only scents she knew by memory where those of her mother and littermates, and they were very far away now, but she was able to distinguish that they belongued to cats. What cats? Who knew, but maybe they could help! She picked herself up and followed the trail, forcing her legs to do one last efford. As she continued foward, where the smell felt more intense, she screamed as loud as she could manage, her words being cut by several pants and gasps for air.
Raven's ears drooped. "But why can't I join? I wanna!" He whined. "I promise I'll be the best, the best, and.. the best. Plus, I'm good at climbing trees!" Raven added and padded up behind the leader. "Pleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleaseplease!!" He meowed.
Twilightstar stared at the young cat almost coldly. "One does not join a clan simply because they want to. WindClan isn't known for tree climbing, that ThunderClan skill. Why don't you try your luck with them? Now please go. I'd hate to have to hurt one as young as you." She unsheathed her claws in warning.

Well, that was alarming. "You don't even know who you are?" Did she not have a name? "Well, how'd you get here? You've had to have come from somewhere." Twilightstar heard the kit's stomach rumbling, but little attention to it as she tried to figure out what was going on with this kit.

"Hello? A-anyone? Help... Please!"
Twilightstar turned to face the incoming noise and parted her maw to taste the air. The leader was downwind and caught that foreign tang of outsiders in the air. Young if that squeaky cry was anything to go off of. Twilightstar slowly moved towards the sound and found a kit hastily making her way toward the leader.
Who's kit was that? The one-eyed leader leans down to give the kitten a tentative sniff once she's slowed down enough. She didn't look injured at all. Nothing seemed to be chasing, she was disheveled and looked like she hadn't eaten in a few days.
"Who in the world are you and where's your family?" Twilightstar asked scenting the air again hoping to catch the kit's kin on the winds. But no such luck. "You're pretty far into my territory. You're not supposed to be here." She adds with a soft sigh. She was guessing this would be another Leopardsong adoptee, but she was kinda hoping that this one was just lost and looking for her kin that they'd find for once.
Once the kit finally got close enough to the leader, she sniffed the air: yes, that was definetly a cat... Maybe a she-cat, like her mum? She wasnt sure, but she aproached anyway, slowly walking towards the leader with wary steps.
"Im Laurel, my mum and my litermates used to live in the outskirts, but these... Huge, bad, twolegged things took her and my sibblings away to one of those shiny beasts that make a lot of noise when they move... I managed to get away becouse I fell behind while we were travelling to an area with more prey, and I just kinda... Ran, until I found you... You say this is your territory? I-is it very bad that I got in?" She asked, tilting her head with a worried expresion, the fur on her tail begining to fluff up in fear

One twilight evening, as the sky dipped into a canvas of oranges and purples, Lilly perched herself atop a mossy rock, her tiny heart aching for something more—a family, a purpose, a home. Lilly curled up and cried herself to sleep dreaming of some cat, any cat loving her.

This one's story wasn't as tragic as some of the other kits' still troubling, however. "Well, you're not supposed to walk on territory that doesn't belong to you. You won't get in as much trouble with clan cats, but if I were an outsider you'd probably get injured barging into someone else's land." Twilightstar explained, picking up her fear scent. She didn't try to calm the kit down, it was better that she learn quickly that this was not a good thing to do.
She was surprised the she-cat's mother didn't teach her that. That would be among the first things she teaches her kits if she weren't a clan cat. But more importantly, "I could leave you out here on your own, but I doubt you'd last long given your lack of knowledge. Do you want to come home with me? I live in a clan with other cats and kits like you. You'll have a lot to learn and the work is hard as you get older, but it can be a nice place to live." Twilightstar didn't usually go out of her way to offer cats a home, but kittens were different.

What was up with the kits? It could start raining them and Twilightstar would be less baffled by her ability to find them. She found a lone kit seated on a stone sobbing about something. She approached scenting the air for blood or predators and was glad she didn't pick up either. "Little one," Twilightstar called, "What are you doing here? You don't smell like a clan cat, so don't belong here."

Fluffy wandered through the depths of the undergrowth, bursting out into a plain, treeless field. YAY! New exploration places! He thought cheerfully, jumping around happily. He smiled to himself and huffed I want friends. His mind said sadly. Hello? Any friends out there?! He screeched, likely scaring away any possible prey for the hungry cat. He continued walking, ANYONE?
