the kit padded around the den energetically almost bouncing off the walls, he giggled playing with the feather he found. purring happily as he chased it giggling with great glee.

Whisperinghive smiled again and rolled his eyes playfully before padding out to retrieve a mouse for the kit. He came back shortly, a plump mouse in his jaws. The warrior crouched and set down the mouse. "Does this suffice?" Whisperinghive asked with a mischievous smile, his tail lashing in the air behind him. If she didn't eat it, he'd definitely would.

"Yes..." Strawberrykit side-eyed the mouse that orange creature had dropped at her paws. One said paw darted out to poke at the smaller creature. "What's it? A mouse? For eating? I eat Firenotmom, that better."

"Hello!" A small voice piped up. A tiny kit beamed up at Heathernose, slightly wobbling around. No matter how much the kit swayed left and right, his brilliant yellow eyes never strayed from hers. "I'm Stumblekit. Are you a new mama?"
Mistykit entered the nursery, ready to get away from the hot blistering sun. She went over to her nest where she found a mossball. With one quick movement she swiped at the ball with her paw, making it fly quickly across the nursery. In attempt to catch it before it fell to the ground, the she-kit scrambled after it.
Stumblekit waddled over ungraciously, his unsteady paws barely finding their hold on the soft, mossy ground of the nursery. "Hi!" He squeaked, wobbling around as if he were on a windy branch. "Hi!"

Hah! It was enough for her. A small sense of pride swirled in his chest at her acceptance of the prey. "Oh yeah?" Dear Starclan, he'd been saying that a lot. "Will you at least try it? I'm sure Fire..not- Firenotmom is much better, but I'd be so hurt and betrayed if you didn't try my mouse." The warrior said with a mock-sadness before laying on his stomach with his legs under him, and his front paws curled under his chest. Loafing, if you would. "You wouldn't want to make me sad, would you? I'd eat your mouse and tell Firenotmom." Whisperinghive teased. Gosh, this kit was entertaining.
