Ray was sleeping peacefully when she suddenly felt like she was being watched. The gold and black she cat tensed up. Ray speedily regained full alertness. Who was watching her! The she cat opened her eye and saw Cane. Ooh it's him. Ray relaxed slightly uncomfartable about being watched but no matter Cane was probally just waiting for her to wake up. So she got up and strecthed offering Cane a small smile as she got up. "Cane what do you say about going hunting?" She asked.

Heatherkit walks around, scared of this new place. She creeps behind a cat and lays down so she isnt noticed. "where am I?" she wonders, she noticed a mouse and feels her hunger take over. She mews pitifly

Ray slowly climbs outside a cool breeze ruffling her fur. "C'mon let's go lazy!" Ray mewed playfully flicking Cane's ear with her tail. Before he can respond the gold and black she cat starts walking away before running. Looking back every so often to make sure Cane followed her Ray ran along enjoying the cool breeze. Finally she stopped and sat there waiting for Cane to catch up. "Do you smell anything?" She would ask when he caught up.

Cane followed suit and smelled the air. "Smells like... Robin and..." he smelled again "Rabbit!" he announced excitedly.

"Nice I smell it too!" Ray mewed. "Which should we go after first?" She asked. The robin would be easier and less risky then the rabbit but while the rabbit would be riskier it would also give them more meat.

"Alrighty!" Ray mewed sniffing the air again to make sure the creatures hadn't fled. They hadn't. So which one should Ray go after? The robin could be easier and less dangerous but it would also be fun....and Ray could snag some pretty feathers or she could go after the rabbit. The rabbit would probally be more dangerous since the claws on it's back legs could do serious damage but it would offer more food and a bit more of a challenge to Ray. Hmmm which one would she want to do. The rabbit. Challenges and danger were fun so Ray was so doing the rabbit. "I'll take the rabbit you take the robin!" Ray started slinking towards the rabbit before adding, "Oh and if I did or my eyes get ripped out do me a favor and say something deadly and cool happened!

Cane chuckled, "Your in a good mood this morning." he said. He crept up to the robin and pounced on it before it could even scent him.

Ray alllowed a small smile onto her face as she neared the rabbit. She didn't want to get over confident but she had a good feeling. The rabbit hadn't even noticed her yet it was just peacefully munching on grass unaware of the danger. Suddenly the oragny gold and black she cat pounced on the rabbit claws unsheathed. It wriggled around trying to escape and almost kicking her in the face. Before it could attempt another escape Ray swiftly killed it with a bite to the neck. Ray smiled as she grabbed the tan and brown rabbit body brought it over to Cane.
