Chasmkit was deep in her thoughts. She didn't really hear anything from the three. Perhaps, a nudge could help?

"Don't thank me," he instructs Snowkit tersely, only because it's exacerbating his current embarrassment (the best friend thing really rattled this wannabe cool guy). Peachkit jerks a little nod, confirming his age after Snowkit shares it. One moon old. And he'd bet anything the small, as-of-yet unnamed kit is close to that, too, but they'll probably need to know her name before they get into her age. She doesn't seem to have yet realized she's been noticed by the trio.

Peachkit's about to holler over at Chasmkit to try and grab her attention again, but it's right as his mouth has opened that—bop!—the game of moss ball claims one victim.

Peachkit yelps, indignant, and swats the ball away in a hurry after a few clumsy strikes. Now it's soon to become Chasmkit's problem. One nudge, coming right up...

"Don't thank me," Peachkit had said. Why not? Snowkit thought, bewildered. Just as she opened her mouth to ask, the moss ball sailed through the air. She squeaked in excitement and raced over, reaching a paw to bat it. She watched with wide eyes as it sailed towards Chasmkit, whom she had not noticed at all, sitting in the corner. "Watch out!" she called, running towards her. The moss ball thumped right at Chasmkit's paws, thankfully not hitting her. Snowkit skidded to a stop next to her, mewing, "Sorry! I didn't mean to!"

"I didn't see you there!" she mewed, in her fashion of talking so fast that her words spill over each other. "Are you OK? Why are you over here all by yourself? Do you want to join us? What's your name?" she barraged Chasmkit with questions.

She stretched out and curled up next to Snowkit, her lean tortie coat rising and falling with every breath. "Good night Snowkit" she said with a yawn. "And thank you for being my best friend." But before Snowkit could answer, Olivekit fell asleep.

She awoke, filled with refreshment. She wandered out to see Peachkit and Snowkit, who were chatting in the ThunderClan Clearing. "Hello" she called. Both of their heads turned to look at her. "Beautiful day, isn't it!" she purred. She then trotted over to the fresh kill pile. 'OOO' she thought, 'A squirel, my favorite!' She then picked it up, along with a mouse and a robin, then padded back to her new friends. "Here" she smiled. "I got u something!" She dropped the pieces of prey in front of them. 'Thank you StarClan' she prayed silently, 'for giving me these amazing friends.' When she finished, she opened her eyes and started to eat her squirel

Chasmkit looked at the ground and saw a mossball right at her paws. She thought, "Why is there a mossball in front of me?" Chasmkit's mind went blank, and there was some muffled sound coming nearby.

The young cat was thinking about the mossball. Strange that it had come to her. She was really absorbed in her thoughts.

(This is for Chasmkit) She padded back in from the Clearing! "Hello Mysterious-Cat-Whose-Name-I-Still-Don't-Know! How are you." Her eyes found the mossball, "Can I play mossball with you?" She cocked her head to the side and waited fro her to respond.

Peachkit's still rubbing at his bonked nose, ears burning. He has half a mind to say something foul to Olivekit about it, realy chew her out about the whole hitting-him-in-the-face thing, but his mind's all scrambled and instead he just sputters awkwardly: "Y...st—mousebrained little—ghh...."

He notices he's fumbling and his voice goes small, petering off while Snowkit and Olivekit join forces to figure out what's up with Chasmkit. He's a little curious, too. The two she-kittens that've bounced over to her aren't exactly subtle, but the little kit doesn't seem to have...noticed...them?

It's weird.

Peachkit is far less polite on his approch than Olivekit and Snowkit. He steps up close and gives the tops of Chasmkit's ears a good flick—not a harmful blow whatsoever, but certainly rude.
