"Thank you." Wisteriawren smiled softly at Adderstrike, and then glanced over at Dusklion with a wide grin as she noticed the butterfly on her... deputy's nose. Picking up her rock (and her bundle of flowers) and padding over - making sure to stay far enough away that her movement wouldn't startle the butterfly, the ex-kittypet. "If lifes youf." She mumbled around her things.

Floodsight gave the molly a grateful nod. Afterall, she didn't even know where it went down. Only her sense of smell could indicate that area was still freshly marked. “Yes, of course, that sounds like a great idea. I’ll see you back here.”

The silver warrior had turned around and bounded along their territory. Slightly irritated by the fact that she’s out and about again, but it was all good. She’ll just need to get this done and… head straight back. Swiftly she’d made her along the grass and rocks, down a few steps of stone. Carefully jumping her way down, making sure to double mark some areas and had her eyes on look out.

Nothing of the unusual, just some scent of prey thats just been killed and RiverClan. After reaching the ends of dandelion field, Floodsight had decided that it was enough. She padded back towards the meeting spot to await for Willowtail’s return.

Willowtail nodded, padding down and marking any stale spots. Willowtail's eyes showered for any changes, nope. Didn't seem to be any changes, yet. Willowtail though about her clan..... her technically other clan Windclan. How was her father? No, she musn't think about that foolish, disgusting creature whom impregnanted her mother. Willowtail shook off her pelt, looking around and nodding to herself as nothing seemed to change. Willowtail had stood in a spot for a bit longer than she'd like. Seeing Floodsight she gave a meow, "I suppose we can head back now, did you find anything weird and mark the stale spots?" Willowtail asked, making her tone a bit apologetic as she finished, "Just to be sure."

“Nothing out of the ordinary. This side was already well marked,” Floodsight had answered with her at a small tilt, gesturing for them to return. Her side was filled nothing but the remanence of fresh kill that Dusklion and Nightshade had removed. And further down was just a sea of dandelion and a trail of fresh markers, some of with Floodsight had renewed in case. She gave a friendly purr to the molly as they started to head back, “How are you holding up? You, and your siblings?”

Floodsight had been meaning to catch up with Willowtail after being assign on such a whim. But today’s event just too much and tiredness had got the better of her. But alas, the silverish cream molly had remember something and made sure to check up on Willowtail, just as she mentally noted a while back.

Willowtail nodded, as she started the walk home she blinked. Sudden questions about her siblings? "I'm glad the territory was marked well, less for us to deal with." Willowtail murmured. "Oh.... there.... were doing well. Daisykit is just... oblivious as always. Weepingpaw is sick with infection but he'll get better. And uhm........ I've been doing better. Your counting technique works." Willowtail purred gently.

Crossing her eyes again to get a better view of the butterfly on her nose, the deputy couldn't help but smile. It still remained, wings moving up and down slowly. The grin on her mouth was a full one - a real, genuine smile - and her eyes glittered with something akin to joy. A rare moment, truly, because for once all of the responsibilities on her shoulders and all of the pressure and the looks and the whispers... they all faded away.

Catching sight of Wisteria- Wisty's large grin had her heart fluttering and she grinned wider herself. "Here." Leaning forward she hesitantly looked from Wisty to the butterfly, and with her nose nearly touching her friend's, the butterfly fluttered up into the air briefly before landing on the lighter gray she-cat's nose.

"There," Dusklion grinned as she stepped back, "now you've got another friend!" She couldn't recall if she ever had seen a butterfly as calm as this one, but it was sticking around. For a moment she just gazed at the pretty she-cat, not out of her still simmering feelings or anything like that - but because for the first time since their talk, she felt like she truly had her friend back.

Looking around for her flowers and jagged leaves that she had collected, Dusklion padded over and stood over them. Glancing over at Adds she blinked. "You doin' okay over there, Adds?" she asked curiously. Something seemed up with her paw pads, and the deputy's head tilted in concern.

Seabreeze had managed to get himself to do something for once. It was just hunting, he was good at that and it was productive enough. At the very least it was more productive than he usually was. Laying around all day. And being honest with himself, it was kind of sort of helping to be back in the territory again, home. Rather than in the mountains or in the stuffy abandoned twoleg den they've been staying in for some time now. He had stayed back when his clan started to scout out for a new location. Staying behind in case someone got curious and suddenly the kits and vulnerable for their clan were being threatened when no one was there to protect them. So here he was, standing out in the forest. His muzzle was raised into the air but he was just breathing with his eyes closed.

It was nice. His legs hurt, and maybe that was testament to his everything lately, but you know. He blinked and settled for walking towards the river to try and get some fishing in as he misses that. Fishing and swimming. Maybe he could find something interesting. Maybe bring in some fish for his clan. They relied on it and it was a common meal before the mountains. It's been so long since he's had fish and it was one of his favorites. That and also he hasn't been eating a lot in general, which probably didn't help his wounds which were starting to turn pink again. Likely from the lack of consistent care they've received. Though it wasn't bad and the wounds themselves were nearly closed so slapping some marigold on em should be fine.

He would find some marigold after his hunting, fix himself up and would drag the prey home. Maybe if time allowed he could come back and grab some herbs and stuff as well. He imagines that they were likely running lower than they should be with Berrypaw being the only healer and stuff, that would mean less time for sending out patrols. Maybe Berrypaw should ask Dusklion to help cover sending some out every once and awhile until they had a medicine cat to help balance the work load again. He felt bad for Berrypaw. It reminded him of how he used to feel about Cobwebfern and Minkpaw. Though it was more distant. Everything was distant. It was like after Cloverpaw's death. Everything was floaty like he wasn't really in control of his body and he was watching from just outside but within his mind. It was strange and hard to explain.

The river sounded in his ears first before the smell and then finally it entered his vision. And despite himself, Seabreeze found it in himself to smile and he walked up to the water's edge. The so called river up in the mountains was impossible to safely swim and fish in and he's missed this. He was a Riverclan cat after all. He crouched down at the bank and peered into the water. His paw raised above the water and careful of the shadows it cast. His brain fell into a sort of muscle memory mode where his thoughts didn't exist for once and it was just the prey and his need to catch it.

After some thorough fishing of the spot, he had managed to nab 2 salmon and 2 trout. The fish were bleeding in the grass up the bank where they wouldn't roll back down into the water and get lost to the current. Those were quite the fish but he knew that he could do better and could carry more he decided to even out the fishing with some land hunting as well. Hopefully mice or something because he really didn't want to deal with birds. He hated birds, both for hunting and for eating. Pesky. So he dragged the fish up further by their tails and carefully set them in a safe area and padded out into the forest for some land hunting.

Three mice were dangling from his jaws as he walked back to where he had kept the fish. Sadly the last shrew he saw had managed to slip from his grasp and he wasn't fast enough to catch up with it like he had hoped. Though over this haul was nice. Seabreeze made sure to have everything he caught secured before he started his way back home to drop the prey off at the pile and then maybe he'll get someone to go out for some herb collecting. It wasn't too dark.
