He gestured with his tail where Cobwebpaw should hunt, and went the opposite way himself. He dropped down into a crouch and started stalking a mouse.

Cobwebpaw stalked a bit away to the left. he sniffed the air before slopping into a hunters crouch and stalking forward for a bit... sparrow! he leaped out an jumped, catching the bird in one,leap, killing it with a silngle bite

Hollytail nodded, looking around for the herb they needed. He eventually found it, nodding over to it.."There it is . . Ehm . . What was it called? Ah who cares." Hollytail started plucking the herb, taking as much as he could carry.

The young apprentice bounces to it before he sniffs it. "Pretty sure one of you called it.. Uh... Burnet! Yeah, pretty sure." Bluebellpaw nods and looks at the two warriors for approval before he also starts to pick some.

Silverpaw looked up at a tree. It had something white stuck on it.
If that looks like a web, and cobweb has web in it, than that should be the cobweb, he thought, trying to pick up the cobweb with a paw.
The sticky white thing remained on his paw even after he tried to take it off. Pissed off, he started shaking his paw, but even so the cobweb did not come off.

Silverpaw had already found a cobweb, but it was sticking to his paw and he was trying to get it off. What was he going to do after it got off? Firelight guessed he would carry it in his teeth, but since it was already stuck to his paw, it’d be easier to just continue the patrol like that anyway.

“You don’t need it off,” Firelight assured the apprentice. “Cobwebs can be carried with your teeth, like moss, but since they’re sticky, they can wrap around your paws while you travel, too.”

Frecklepaw silently learned from his peers, taking a small mouthful in his teeth. He did his best not to let his tongue touch it, worried it might dissolve in his mouth. He flicked his tail as he waited for his other patrolmates.

IvoryNight wrapped some cobweb around his paw, and then looked around to see if he could find any moss.

Aha! He went to a small patch of moss and gently scratched it up, grabbing a mouthful.

He returned to his patrol mates.

'Let's head back, shall we?' He mewed, but with the moss in his mouth it sounded more like 'Mrr hrm brr, hrll wr?'

He rolled his eyes, and flicked his tail in the direction of the temporary camp at Rugged Range
