Too lost in the scenarios of being Wingstar in his head, the young caliby didn't notice the fuss that his friend was making over his pelt until she scooted closer and gasped frantically. Green eyes blinked and he turned his head to look at her. "My fur? What's wrong with my fur?" he huffed as he lifted his front paws and looked down, then over his shoulder at his back. It seemed fine to him. Yeah it wasn't all flat and stuff but did that really matter? It's not like his dad was here to fix him up. "It's still attached to me Pristy, that's all that matters." Wingkit grinned and aimed to cuff his friend over the ear lightly, shaking his head. "Not everything gots to have order to it. Not everything gots be so... pristine."

It was clearly obvious that Wingkit was happy with his choice of words. In all honesty, he had absolutely no idea what 'pristine' meant or why it was Pristy's name. Besides, he liked his nickname for her much better. "I'm still gonna call you Pristy, even when you're a big old warrior. It sounds better," he purred with a firm nod of his head and a glint in his eyes. A smug smirk was present on his face as he looked at his friend.

Circling back around to the tidbit about becoming leader, Wingkit scoffed. "Well of course. I mean once I'm grown up and bigger. I'll be Wingstar the fierce. All of the Clans in the forest will bow at my paws!" At this he leapt to his paws, not caring if his dramatics made a scene and drew eyes to them. Placing a paw on his chest, the young tom turned to look at Pristy with a wide grin. "I'll be the greatest leader that RiverClan has ever seen! ...And of course, I'll let you be my deputy if you want." At that he gave her a wink and looked back up at the meeting stone. "Just you wait, Pristy. One day it'll be Wingstar on that rock. I'll be the one to lead the Clan to glory!"

The warrior huffed, what an annoying little thing. Why the hell was a crowd forming? She knew who CherrySwirl, Risingpaw, and Wingkit.. but who was this other dude? Was he trying to act scary? She almost starting laughing, but determined it wasn't the right call. Looking at the now arriving BirdSnow she shrugged.

"Theres no way you actually thought I was gonna fight this apprentice, right. I wouldn't waste my energy on it."
Sighing, Thunder looked at it again.

Rising looked kinda small, she wouldn't pick on an apprentice like at anyways. Shaking her fur, little lightning bolts hit the ground with a crack. The lightning now becoming weak, and forming into little sparks. She shook her fur once more as it settled. The remaining sparks and lightning disappearing into the air.

Thunder sighed, swishing her tail, she noticed how WingKit ran away to go find a friend, maybe that was for the best. Seeing as a crowd was forming around them. This was getting boring now. The warrior found a spot out of the crowd and sat down, licking her fur. It was useless to try to interact with anyone right now anyways.

A sleek dilute tortie she-cat with green eyes

She feels lighter when Birdsnow accepts, a weight off her shoulders she was only vaguely aware was even there to begin with. She was sure in her decision… mostly. At least, she was sure that Birdsnow didn’t want her dead - not yet at least - and that was more than she could say for many of the faces looking up at her. How many of them were angry with her? How many of them would rather Spiderleap had killed her and not the other way around? A tinge of fear ripples through her gut as she considers that… 'How many cats standing below me are planning my death..?' she thinks, and her worry momentarily clouds her eyes, but she shakes it away quickly.

"Sure, Ripplekit, you can sit there," Lark says a little absently, if only to appease the small kitten. There’s more to do now, though, more than ever. "As you all should know by now, Minkpaw was found dead by Rushwater… she appears to have drowned." It was a strange death for a RiverClan cat… there had to be more to it than just drowning… but that was all the information Larkstar had, so that’s all the information she reported, instead offering a moment of silence to pay some respect to the deceased apprentice.

"Now," the tortoiseshell says, moving on to some probably less somber subjects, "There’s a reassignment to deliver as well as some apprentice ceremonies. For reassignments, Briarpaw," Lark takes a moment to look for Briarpaw in the crowd. "Per your request, I’m assigning Applebees as your new mentor, I hope she’ll be more to your liking." That settled, Larkwing allows the two to find each other before addressing the new apprentices-to-be. "Willowkit, Weepingkit, Rainkit, Toadkit, Adderkit and Moonkit - come over here you six."

[if your kit to be apprenticed is not present by the next post (11/23-11/24) they will be skipped over this meeting and apprenticed at the next]

Brightnight saw her kits being called and straightened up in pride, her eyes gleaming.

Toadkit walked up. She was happy to become an apprentice because she would finally be able to leave camp without breaking any stupid rules thought she will still need a warrior to avoid breaking any stupid rules and she would be able to fight in the battle, not that the blind kit was showing emotion. @FrostyGalaxy

Beekit barely noticed when Toadkit moved because she was busy smelling everything, especially the grass and feeling the grass.

Deerkit listened.

Rabbitkit and Blossomkit listened. They wanted to be apprentices too!

Determined, Loyal, Lawful Good

“One day I’ll be the greatest warrior of all the clans!”

Adderkit felt bad for the apprentice. Drowning as a Riverclan cat? Something terrible must have happened for that to happen. She already knew how to swim herself but then again she did basically pull a warrior along to make them teach her how to do so. What if they were just about to get their training? Would Starclan really be that cruel? No, no, well.

She kept her head bowed for a moment of silence before she heard her name called. Her eyes went wide open when this happened. The little kit basically jumped from a sitting position and had to awkwardly fix her hair quickly so she would stay presentable. The kit kept a clam demeanor as she padded up to the stone, up to Larkstar, but this wasn't how she was really feeling deep down inside. No she was doing her best not to run up there squealing! Was this going to be the day that she had been hoping for; the day she was to begin her warrior training? She wanted to squeal so badly! This was the next step to becoming the best warrior there every was and she was damned sure she was going to work as hard as she could. The fire of passion was burning in her chest and it grew bigger and bigger each step she took. Today was the day Adderkit.

Falconflight growled quietly as he heard that Spiderleap had tried to kill his sister. He knew there was some traitors in the clan but to actually try and kill Lark...he never expected that, but now he felt even more worried about his kin despite knowing that he should feel more relieved now that Spiderleap was dead...oh and now the deputy.

Falcon idly chanted the new deputy's name as it was announced Birdsnow would be clan deputy, he had wanted to be deputy but he didn’t care really, hopefully she would do well and be loyal...or else he'd have to do.

Oh, new apprentices? That was nice. That was something to be happy about, especially since that Weepingkit and Willowkit were his kin through his sibling Cinnamonswirl. He would've liked to mentor one of them, though, he was mentoring Springpaw so he wasn't sure if he'd be allowed two apprentices.

Troutpaw padded in with a yawn, suddenly freezing as she heard Larkstar. Surely…surely she couldn’t mean her sister, right? She would have known if Minkpaw had died. Someone would have told her, she would have seen it, or something, anything. And by drowning as well… “Oh StarClan, how could this happen?” she whispered.
