Whisperingpaw spaced out slightly, only halfway listening to the meeting. Aggression, Thunderclan, and borders were the few things he caught before the meeting came to an end. 'Finally.' He grumbled in his mind before being snapped out of his trance when his only friend spoke to him, Stempaw. Whisperingpaw smiled at his friend. "Yeah, let's do that!" He answered Stempaw excitedly, jumping to his paws and shaking the freezing snow off his ginger pelt.

No way. No way!! An apprentice! Twilightstar must've been listening to her and Swiftfire, or maybe Starclan was... because she finally had an apprentice! “Thanks! And uh... thanks for keepin’ me warm, let’s train our kittos together sometime huh?” She smiled at her friend, feeling her warmth even as she left to go greet Swanpaw. Swiftfire was someone Littleshock would need to keep close. A good egg that one.

Swanpaw seemed to struggle finding her new mentor; unable to spot Littleshock as if she was hiding in a cloud of smoke. Weird… We'll work on trackin' right away. The warrior thought, reaching down to touch noses with Swanpaw. Oh, probably best if she introduced herself instead of staring at the young apprentice like she had flees. "Nice to meet ya, I'm Littleshock. I'm uh... new to this whole trainin' thing so bare with me ok? We'll make you a model warrior in no time." The warrior felt a bit awkward, but hoped Swanpaw wouldn't notice it. She probably won't, little squirt couldn't even find me in a crowd. She thought with a smirk.

Just above Swanpaw's head, Littleshock could've sworn she saw Twilightstar looking at her. Not a, wow look at my wonderful warrior and her new apprentice kind of look... more like a what have I done kind of deal. Surely she was just seeing things though... right? The leader went right into more announcements like nothing had happened, so maybe she was being overdramatic? So then why did she suddenly feel so small? "Come on, let's go territory tourin'." She mumbled to Swanpaw, hoping the sudden anger bubbling in her belly would vanish soon.

Newtberry had been disappointed ever since he was outright rejected from attending the patrol to Riverclan a moon ago. Ever since, he'd been trying to figure out a way to get his revenge, when it came to him, clear and simple. He'd just need to get on a patrol and hope to find a Riverclan cat on the border so he could chase them off, and maybe even kill them.

He had not the slightest idea of how to get himself on a patrol when he realized he could just ask. So, he tried to catch Twilightstar before she got to her den. "Hello Twilightstar, I was just wondering if you think Riverclan still need to be taught a lesson. Or, at least, the cats who cross the border. I could go help enforce it, if you want, make sure there ain't no suspicious business," the gray tom offered.

Hmmm.... So Riverclan was still causing issues. It didnt look like cats were still protesting but Crowtooth didnt really feel cats were as fired up about that clan and their issues as they should be. Maybe a history lesson might help jog memories.
However...... The clan was so divided right now, so maybe a tale of times when they'd united against tough odds could be better....

However the best one he knew included (ugh) Shadowclan. At least from what Crowtooth could remember. The tom really didnt want to do anything that talked about one of the few good things they did really, as much as it was a story about windclan unity and their ability to overcome evil.

So the tale of sedgewater valley and riverclans evils to hammer in that they deserved no mercy or the coyotes to try and draw the clan together and (as much as he didnt want to) soften them to shadowclan for Twilightstars sake and ease......
Crowtooth was lost, sitting still and batting around some snow akin to a kit playing with a moss ball as he looked to the heavens, internally begging for a sign.

Dunecall was staring at Twilightstar with a scornful glare, not directed at her, of course, but he couldn't help it. His leader's words were dark, and he knew it. Those damm otter cats, always peeking their nose in our territory... but we'll show 'em. Riverclan will know that Windclan is not someone to mess with.

His whiskers twitched again before he turned and rose to his paws, ready to leave the clearing. He needed some rest like an old cat these days, gosh.
