Altair
| She/Her | Atari Trapper | Moons: 27 | No Purrks | The Spider
Amber eyes glinted with an emotion that not even Altair could understand as she stepped into the commonplace of the Atari. Cats were out and about as per usual but rather than use the free time to confine with her sister as she usually would, Altair felt the urge to get out and be useful for once. There was something odd happening in the mountains, though she wasn't the type to want to deal with that. Usually oddities meant fighting, like with predators and passing trouble, but that was more so Nyx's side of things being the claw of the pair. Though now she was the Claw of the Crown and all. Perhaps she should check in with her sister about her well being soon, wouldn't do for Nyx to work herself into a early grave. Altair would have to bring her back and kill her herself if that were to happen.
That would dhave to wait until she got back from hunting, but she didn't want to be by herself for once, rather she would have someone with her. Like Altar said, there were oddities in the mountains. She could just feel it. And Altair wasn't one to go against her inner instinct. Golden eyes landed on a target, they seemed to be relatively free, or at least, not actively doing anything so they were free enough to ask. "Diamond, I'm heading out to hunt, do you care to join me?" Altair called out as she approached the other feline. It would do to get to know the others better after all they were kind of tied together in a way now. Diamond's being family to the Crown and Altair's being family to the Claw of The Crown. Both born to be sisters in the shadows. Though that wasn't a bad thing, it allowed Altair to help Nyx when needed without all of the attention, though the feline wondered if Diamond thought the same.
[ I am on mobile forgive me and I just want to get so many stacked up replies out. I’m kinda… hoping motivation will hit me for Diamond further on in this roleplay ig ]
Diamond glanced up as a voice called their name, mentally slapping themself for their brooding. “Now?” She whispered, the question soft as a sigh. After a moment, she reconsidered. They needed to start providing for their Tribe again, and it was be rude to turn down the sibling of the Claw of the Crown. Shaking her head, the pretty tabby rose to her paws. “Okay, I’ll come with.” She was still rather jumpy from the attack — but maybe… perhaps it was time to step out of their shell once more.

Re: Atari Camp

She/her || 9 moons || Atari Initiate

Ace sat in the middle of the clearing awkwardly. She didn't know what to do, as it was her first day in the Atari. She glanced around, seeing many cats. Maybe I could go talk to one? After all, this is why she had joined the Atari. But seeing so many cats all at once was kind of overwhelming. She always had had her sister... A pang of grief shot through her. Don't... Don't think about my sister, she thought. She stumbled to her paws, heading to the entrance. She needed time to think.

Stars above, won’t she ever be quiet? For the many times Reverie and Nephele got along and were virtually inseparable, Reverie was often the one who showed her care the least. She was huddled comfortably between her older sibling’s paws, head resting of Nephele’s extended foot while the dark lilac’s tail rested atop their sister’s in a comforting manner, and yet, Reverie looked less than pleased despite her comfortable position. Nephele was once again blabbering about something the kitten was long no longer listening to, the elder one not yet realising their sister’s lack of listening until the younger one eagerly jumped up, breaking loose and running off in a haphazardly direction. “Reverie!”
Nephele called after their sister, but the kitten was distracted. “Lethal, there you are! Please tell me you’ve come to save me from her, she won’t shut up about some safety procedures or whatever she’s been talking about.”
A disgruntled look washed over Nephele as they joined their sibling’s side, playfully whacking them over the head. “I knew you weren’t listening again. You’d be getting a head-start on your training if you would just listen, you know?”
Reverie unceremoniously stuck out her tongue.
“Neleeeeeeeee,,,”
A tired voice groaned out under the early morning sun as the little kitten sat atop her elder sibling’s back, busy giving them a badger ride across camp. “When with Lee be done with traininggg?”
She voice of tired and bored Reverie dragged on, followed up by her usual question- “And when can I start training? I wanna kick butt…”
Reverie grumbled under her breath, to which Nephele couldn’t hold back their amused laugh. Their tail swayed as they carried their sister across the camp on their back, talking back in an amused tone. “Soon enough, Athy, once you’re older. You’re still too young right now.”
“But Neleeeeeeeee”
The voice complained, and Nephele rolled their eyes, amused, when they took notice of Saturn nearby. The crown didn’t appear all too occupied and it had been some time since they last spoke to their cousin; glad to see Saturn seemingly at peace for once, Nephele approached with a gleeful smile. “Why don’t you ask Saturn yourself, hm?”
“Wha, where?!”
The pair exchanged just before reaching their cousin, Nephele speaking first; “Saturn, I hope we’re not intruding? Have you been well?”
Lazily a copper eye peeled open, followed by a little smirk tugging at the Crown's mouth at the sight of her cousins. She rolled over from her side to rest on her stomach and blinked at Rev and Nel as they approached. "Oh you're not." What kind of leader would she be if she didn't listen to the cats she was leading, her family at that? "Im great, thanks! Just trying to get some rest in while expecting any one of you guys" referring to the Atari cats "running in to report the next catastrophe, you know how it is." Her voice was casual and conversational, even with a hint of her lingering grin.
"How about you two?" This time her attention turned to Rev rather than the older sibling and lowering her voice. "annnyyyyy.... schemes lately? "
*Sigh*, what a teaser Nyx always was. It was never bothered Camilla though. It earned her a quiet giggle from her. All the compliments still put a smile on her face even if they weren't uncommon. Actions of kindness were always appreciated no matter how small. Not all cats were nice, she knew that, so the ones that were must be cherished is what Camilla though. Now, on to the important topic of Nyx's rest.
Concern creased the pretty trapper's features at the answer she got. Not well then? That wasn't very good at all. Sleep was very important, and if Nyx couldn't get a proper night's rest then...well, it was Camilla's problem now, whether the claw of the crown liked it or not. "Oh? That's no good, honey. If your den's not warm then you'll get a cold!" She mumured with genuine worry. It would be terrible if Nyx got sick!
Suddenly, an idea came to mind. "How about you come with me today? I need to check my traps and on the way we can get some moss so your den is more protected. It might tire you out as well." A win win situation. Nyx would get a better sleep for once while helping her with her traps. Plus some quality time. Flashing a hopeful smile, Camilla waited for a response. She was sure she could persuade her to come along.
