Jaggedsky exhaled slowly. How did they get on to such a deep topic? It happened so slowly she hadn't noticed. It was like that feeling when you wake up, you don't know how long you've been awake.

She curled and uncurled her tail in the silence. She felt like they had exhausted the topic. For now. Maybe when they knew each other better, they would have more to say.

Graynight went silent as well. While he enjoyed talking and being around other cats, he often didn't feel... quite as at home as he did talking to Jaggedsky. Perhaps it was because Jaggedsky understood and agreed with his love of the night. He let out a sigh, setting his head down on his paws, contently.

Firelight finished eating his frog, and looked around the clearing for some cat to go on a walk with him. His paws and legs were sore from sitting all day and he needed to stretch them. He found Violetpaw, and walked up and asked if she wanted to take a walk. Hey, I need to stretch my legs and was wondering if you wanted to get out of the camp. You wanna join me?

Violetpaw looked up from where she was sitting, bouncing to her paws immediately. "Yes, of course! I haven't been in the territory in forever," She complained. Her jaws opened in a large yawn and then she shook her fur out.

Firelight turned towards the camp entrance and briskly walked through. So, do you like battle training, hunting, or border patrols better? Firelight looked at the enthusiastic apprentice.

Jaggedsky tilted her head so she could rest her cheek on her paws. Her eyes stayed trained on Graynight. Her head was starting to ache slightly. Tiredness was creeping into her mind.

He finally noted that the sky was beginning to darken and he glanced over at Jaggedsky. "Hey," He blurted, his tail tip twitching. "Would you wanna go hunting with me or something? It's getting dark... and we both like the dark.."

Her claws twitched appreciatively. "That would be nice." The hair on her shoulder stood up a bit, as she contemplated hunting in the dark with Graynight. Her stomach flip flopped a bit. This would be a new experience. Well maybe not that new. Hunting. In the dark. With a cat. Who felt the same way as her.

He let out a rolling purr and stood, pushing his away out of the bush they had been hiding under. His jaws opened in a large yawn and his body stretched, back arching as he stretched out his muscles. "I bet theres so much out at night," He meowed.

Jaggedsky also stood up, shaking her dark fur out. Leaves and twigs fell from her pelt onto the already littered forest floor. "Like us," she teased, her tail briefly brushed his back. She forced her way out of the thicket.

The stars were beginning peak out of the deep night sky. She sighed contentedly, as she padded across the clearing.

Frostkit lounged.
