Tail swishing with a threatening glare " It s not like I did anything wrong , that mouse was rightfully mine. Stupid frog face s...." now he was really getting angry again. Just thinking about their entitled ish behavior . Sparrowpaw was alright though . It was just at the raid he didn't like the outnumbered aspect.

Ivyshine frowned. Though there had been a few Silvers in SkyClan she wasn’t sure she remembered a Silverdream. Then again, she hadn’t known all the cats there anyways, so who was she to judge? But Pouncestar? Ivyshine frowned and sent an uneasy look to Leopardblaze before turning to Lionstar. “I’m not sure who that is.” She said after a moment of silence. Maybe this was an elder from before Grousestar’s reign?

Eveninglight yawned as she trotted out of the warrior’s den, she had stood vigile over night and had napped until sunhigh, but now she wanted to do something as a warrior, maybe go out on a patrol or a walk with a friend, but maybe it’d be fun to go for a walk with say Cottonpaw or Petuniapaw, she’d be the warrior to take them out of camp, but her being a warrior probably would ruin the relationship some. Dumb ass frog face. Lionstar would find out eventually, and Sootclaw would be in even more trouble. “Suit yourself.” Ravenpaw shrugged, though her mind was still set on detecting any lie in Sootclaws voice. What exactly was his motive here? Taking another bite of the trout, the molly took a moment to ponder. Not really anything specific. Or relevant. Like, how did trout teach their young to swim? Did they? Or..... whatever. She was throwing herself off.

He gave a snort that apprentice better not tell him...I don't know how Lion would react ...ergh... he hated the idea of his idol being upset with him. His ears folded back at that. Yeah..no...better for it to stay hidden .
Images of lionstars angry face began to appear and freaked him out even more, which convinced him that it should definetly be kept quiet.
He shook his head took another bite "so how's your mentor been? Any training ? " Why not poke a bit? Though he was curious if they were demoted , wouldn't they still have to do those duties?

It was Lionstar's favorite time of the day.

Patrols.

Unfortunately he did overhear part of Sootclaw and Ravenpaw's discussion as he crossed the clearing.. sigh. An issue for later, he figured.

"Everyone, listen up real quick for your patrol assignments!

[ OPTIONAL PROMPT: while hunting a large fish, you fall into the pond! ]
"Owlflight [ @Echobreeze18], you'll be taking Greenpaw [ @Greenleap] and hunting around Cattail Pond. If you haven't taught her how to fish, now might be the ideal time.

[ OPTIONAL PROMPT: you come across a mangled carcass of an animal ]
"Frostflame [ @Laser eyeballs], take Almondpaw [ @TeamInkBot] and head to Sleepy Thicket. Keep an eye out for anything.. weird.

[ OPTIONAL PROMPT: you get pecked by a seagull ]
"Cloverwish [ @CloverAndCoffee], take Turtlepaw [ @Socks] and go to the beach. Try to scavenge whatever you can from there, something may have washed up from the water. Or if you're feeling brave, maybe go after one of the birds?

"Eveninglight [ @Zesty Mango], Tigersnap [ @Catattack], Viperfang [ @Quailsong], I want you three to head to Lionsrange to hunt and mark there. It's a fair trek but I imagine you know the way, Eveninglight.

"Creampelt [ @Glory], take Pinenose [ @-Sunny-01], and Barleypelt [ @Barley'Paw], and go hunting in the tunnels. Be careful of it collapsing, we've had.. some incidents in the past.

"Hollywatcher [ @RainbowQuail], take F/ernpaw [ @I am FLOWSTREAM] and pick a spot to hunt in our territory. Perhaps try between Cattail Pond and Seastones? That area probably hasn't been touched in a while..

"Splashfury [ @Elementals], grab Coastpaw [ @Zero] and you have the choice of picking a spot in our territory as well. You can try closer to the river if you'd like."

Now onto the borders.

[ OPTIONAL PROMPT: you notice pawprints near the bank ]
"And Morningmeadow [ @:Grimm:], go ahead and take Shimmeringpool [ @Shimm], and Berrypaw [ @Puddle~] and patrol along Saltmeadow Marsh.

"Our borders have been quiet recently but I don't want to take any chances.

"Report to me when you return, and remember everyone: do not let anyone hold you back from completing your patrols. You're all dismissed."

"Do you know of any Pouncestar in SkyClan?" Lionstar asked the duo with a short glance in Silverdream's direction. "I was under the impression Grousestar had been a leader for many seasons.. is this not true?"

Silverdream didn't look very old to Lionstar. And he knew that he had to take off four seasons of aging minimally to match with it being before the merge, and even then..

Unless Ivyshine and Leopardblaze could verify a Pouncestar existed, Lionstar was beginning to believe Silverdream was a stinky liar. Grousestar had been leader since before SkyClan even came to this forest: he was in charge when Buckfrost was leader, and had been responsible for liberating the forest of evil.

He couldn't see how this Pouncestar would match the timeline he saw.

Leopardblaze looked at Lionstar after noticing the look Ivyshine gave her, shaking her head, "I don't know who that is either." She didn't know of any Pouncestar, Grousestar was the only leader of Skyclan that she had known during her life in her former clan.

Turtlepaw was startled by Lionscary's call and even more so when she heard her new name be called with all the others she hadn't learnt. He wanted Cloverwish to take her to the beach? She'd yet to interact much with her newly assigned mentor so it frightened her, she'd just gotten used to being in the nursery with the nice-smelling queens when Lionscary suddenly made her an apprentice, which she'd figured out meant she was going to be trained to be a warrior.
With her head low, she padded closer to the middle of the clearing, awaiting Cloverwish to lead her away.
