Hawkfur eyed Twilightstar warily up on her perch, sensing the remaining tension both the leader and the clan still gave off after Cow's exiling. He padded towards the center of the clearing, settling with his dark tail over his snowy paws and waiting for the meeting to begin. He could already guess some of its contents, but he hoped there were no surprises today. He could hardly stand to look at the medicine den as it was.

Littleshock did not want to leave the warrior's den for a clan meeting. It was bitterly cold, and her short fur did nothing to protect her from the elements. It sucked. She had just found a comfortable position in her nest - tail curled tightly around her paws to keep them warm - before Twilightstar's call rang out. UGHHHHHHH.

Slowly but surely the orange and white molly made her way out, deciding to sit next to Swiftfire. The tortie's fur seemed soft... warm. "Hey uh... I don't suppose we could er.... huddle together while we wait?" She asked sheepishly, eyes darting anywhere but Swiftfire's face.

The mood of the galewood was simply depressing.

It was understandable, after recent events there was little to no chance that things would be happy, but still it settled like a weight over the clan. Could anything actually make this better? Anything at all? Or was this simply the tone of clan until the event faded out of collective memory like so much did.....

And further would trying to cheer the clan even be a good thing? Would it be akin to trying to wash away the horrors done and seen here and gloss over what was done to Cowtuft? It was almost like there was no solution here but to wallow, and Crowtooth was lost in trying to figure out the next steps.

Maybe it just simply wasnt his job.

More than anything the tom felt for Twilightstar here, forced to make a hard decision and face all the consequences, a decision she didnt even want to make. No one offered comfort to her in the mess and even now, no cat spoke up to scorn her..... Or uplift her. The leader sat alone on the tree, unreachable.

....He had to try.

The tom plucked a perfect yellow feather off of a prey piece on the pile and, summoning up an unnoticeable amount of the power he didnt even understand, he sent it upward.
A spot of yellow in the sky, and a soft push of wind that brought it up to Twiligthstar from the tom. It was unknown how it'd be taken, such an odd action, but Crowtooth hoped it gave the leader something on this day.

Action done the tom faded back into the crowd, letting his act be taken as a strange stroke of luck, and sitting to listen.

Everything felt slightly off now that he was no longer in the clan. It's only been a few days but there was this tension amongst the clan that constantly had her on edge. She knew it would eventually settle, as the clan often did after some time. The WindClan leader hoped her emotional and mental state would also do the same. Sleep was little and what prey she ate tasted bland and disgusting, making her stomach roll with nausea.

Twilightstar knew that it had to do with her bottled-up emotions, mostly guilt and that it would pass so long as she powered through it. Just push, push, push, and all would be well. So push she did. It was time for a clan meeting. With the recent news that Bravebird brought her, Twilightstar couldn't lie around just because it was a struggle getting out of her nest.

So out into the blistering cold and onto the branch over her den, she went. Her whiskers twitched with unease as she waited for the branch to stop swaying underneath her weight. Once it stilled and she was as comfortable as it was going to get, she raised her voice so that it reached every corner of her camp and beyond. "WindClan, gathering below the Galewood for a clan meeting."
