Eagles among Leafs [ PRIVATE ]

The hazel brown and white tom had been sitting in the clearing, mind returning to the horrible memories. Runningpaw ... why did she have to die? The apprentice shook his head slightly, snapping back to reality. He sighed and stood up, glancing around the clearing for something to do, pushing the emptiness in his heart to the back of his mind. Right. He needed to do something. Anything. Preferably something productive.

Eaglepaw approached a cat, eyes flicking around nervously. "I want to go hunting, and I know I should take a warrior, but would you like to go hunting with me? We won't stray far from camp, and anyways, seeing as it's leaf-bare, I thought the clan would need more food" he asked, shuffling his paws. What would they say? He needed someone to come with him, or he might get hurt ... again.

[ I- I couldn't come up with a name and I'm bad at the m so. Sorry pfpf. ]

"i would love to go hunting. my mentor hasnt taken me out of camp" leafpaw was exited maybe he would finally get to get out. he has been in camp since he first joined and part or it was spent in the medicine cat den " the clan does need more prey i just took sum to the elders with reedkit an it was pretty low" leafpaw said he was worried about the amount of prey they had. and he wanted to help

"Let us head out to hunt then" Eaglepaw meowed before heading out of camp. The dusty brown tom stopped outside of the entrance, waiting for his companion. "Seems there are a few rabbits around. Why don't we go and interrupt their feeding?" the apprentice suggested.

“ ok any tips? I know the idea of how to I caught one once when I was a loner” Leafpaw said, he didn’t like the fact he was a loner but he couldn’t hide from his past so he brought it up more often that he liked.

"We'll work together. First, you can stalk it from behind and get ready to pin it down. I'll drive it towards you, okay?" Eaglepaw instructed. The tabby and white tom's tail twitched, wanting to start.
