Still slumped down, Nightpaw exhaled a last slightly painful deep breath. When her eyes opened she wasn't met with the solitude from before, but instead with the presence of a frightening dark figure. Was it him? Her ears fell flat once more at the thought. Why couldn't he leave her alone? He had been behind her, haunting her, the whole time, or so it felt. And now, he was there, speaking in an unusually soft and clear voice. Her tail twitched as the thought to be another came to sit down. As frightened of him as the molly might be, something felt different. It wasn't just the voice and breathing that differed, but his entire presence, something slightly more familiar. Her mind had created a forceful image and thought of who the tom next to her was yet, it faltered.
"F-fall-enhea-heart..?" Nightpaw meowed silently as a name came to mind, the forced vision making small room for him. It... It wasn't the creature that was next to her, was it? It was the warrior who got to caught up in his squirrel chase.
Her ears remained flat while the tightness of her tail loosened. It was.. Perhaps a relief it was Fallenheart, despite it being close to not lived. The apprentice found herself unsure of what exactly to answer; she wasn't 'alright', probably, it was found to be difficult to put everything on one line in the given moment.
"I... D-do yo-ou th-thi-htink we'll ha-have to wa-wal-k mu-uch fu-furht-ther..?" Nightpaw still asked, casting a tired glance at the warrior.
