Atlas was doing his traveling close to dark,so he was getting ready to find a place to sleep for tonight before he went off again. It had been six moons since he had lived in Riverclan under the name of Tigerpaw. You'd think he'd stayed after being the leader's apprentice, but he loved his father and wanted to find him or a family member. Atlas had stayed with his aunt for a moon or so before he met a loner who talked of traveling, so here he was.
