Elite Battle Training - Patrols

fogpaw dipped his head and padded up to his groupmates. He looked over at the only other apprentice in the group. Maybe they could become friends after this? The deaf tom looked over at Ivypaw with a friendly smile. "You'll do great!", meowed Fogpaw in his slow speech.

Wormbite raised an brow, he was leading this? His gaze flickered to the other three in his group. "Hello..?" He mew to Ivypaw, taking a step back from her boisterous personality. "Let's head to the training island first, " He mew in response to Emberfang's question. It would also give him some time to think. Considering he was just a new made warrior, Wormbite wasn't suspecting to be the patrol leader.
He would lead the three to the island, mainly staying quiet the whole time.

She turned to face Frogpaw. "Thanks! You will, too!" She looked up at the sky. "Let's all get along! And wow! The training island! Never been there! Yay! New places, new smells!" She followed Wormbite happily.

Morningmeadow padded over to the entrance of camp and saw Thistlestep. She wanted to participate in Elite battle training, but she was a bit late. She hoped Thistlestep would still let her join."Hey Thistlestep! Do you think i can still join Elite Battle training?"

Sparrowpaw also followed Morningmeadow to Elite battle training. He wanted so bad to join as well. "Can I join too?" He asked.

Some things hadn't gone as planned, but at least Thistlestep had learned from his experiences trying to go this.

Hopefully.. going back to the patrol method would work. He had stopped near the entrance to camp to watch the cats as they moved throughout the camp. One patrol.. would probably do for now, to gauge interest, though he was concerned he would accidentally pick someone with significant injuries.

"Ashpool [ @Sparkling Bliss], Flyfur [ @Rainquail]!" He called over to the two she-cats, "why don't you two join Warblerpaw [ @vermin] and I for some battle practice?" He knew Flyfur had been interested, but wouldn't force it on Ashpool when she had recently come back to the Clan.

"Battle practice? Again?" he growled, looking up at Thistlestep. What happened to simple apprentice duties- some light work and ground hunting. The calico lifted up his sore paws that are covered in muck and just aches tremendously. His white claws no longer shone white after fighting with this meany! Well, at least he won't be alone with Toadbreath. Maybe they will be nicer to him. Hm..Where are they? Looking around he decided to call them out himself. "Ashpool! Flyfur? Please join us. I don't want to be alone with th- I mean, more the merrier!"

Flyfur hopped over to Thistlestep and Warblerpaw. "Count me in." She huffed, tail swishing.
When Ashpool didn't show up, she looked back, trying to see if she could find her again. "Ashpool? At least say no if you'd rather not join," she called softly, hoping she'd answer.

Thistlestep hadn't been expecting to be completely blown off by Ashpool.. but fine, if she wanted to ignore them so be it. "Guess she's not coming." They could still make this work.

He made a point of ignoring the crybaby that was Warblerpaw. He was here, and that's all that was important. "We're heading to the training island. Come on." Flicking his tail, he headed out of camp.

Flyfur sighed, a little disappointed Ashpool wasn't coming along. She hopped into place behind Thistlestep and beside Warblerpaw, keeping pace without overstepping them. She hoped, at least.

Cinderfang saw Thistlestep walking away "Hey! Could I join too?" he called hoping to join.
