the island {open}
this is a deserted and abandoned island that is about a mile wide in all directions and has occasional hills and a forest in the middle. it was once full of humans, but then a disease swept through that targeted only the humans and killed them all. now there are just prey, cats, and other things on the island.
minty padded through the forest floor creeping low and scenting for prey. she caught the scent of another cat and perked her ears up. "hello?"
