Flarerunner blinked at the group around them. "Where's Dapplestar? She can't still be back at camp, could she?" She turned her head to face Thornpelt, blinking in surprise when he was already looking at her. "Um, why're you looking at me like that?" She flicked her ear, uncomfortable with his gaze on her, and glanced quickly back at the gathered cats in front of them.

Thornpelt's face was tinted with a light blush, "Oh-uh sorry, I was thinking, I didn't know I was looking at you..." He told her with a sheepish grin, his gaze flicking to the ground. The tom rose his head and looked around, "Maybe she is back at camp? Should we check?" He flicked his tail, giving her an embarrassed look.

Flarerunner tilted her head. "Ok then..." Her ears perked up. "You're right, and besides it seems like some cats are headed back already. The rain put the fire out, so there's no reason to stay here anyways." She flicked her tail and stood up. "Ready?"
