[ so this cat wandered around? with no clear sense of purpose? he must admit, that was something he hadn't heard many cats do. after all, he believed in the material worth of things such as territory, prey, and other things.

"adventuring...?" he trailed off, his tail flicking slowly back and forth. "so you spend your days putting your paws where they don't belong?" his last words ended with a snarl. ]

Celesta gave him a haughty look, she did not consider it
to be "putting her paws were they didn't belong" she
considered it adventuring. She considered it a source
of fun, and she didn't need cats running that source
for her. Mister, I've been doing this all my life,
I know what I'm doing." She growled turning
her back to him. For a cat who had seemed so
fun just seconds ago, he had taken a rather
surprising turn. Celesta saw the world as a place
of fun and opportunities, the more you
explored, the more you learned, the more you
learned, the more fun you had. The more
fun you have the more exploring you did.
It just went on and on and on, and Celesta loved it,
it was her life and she didn't like being told it was wrong.
Which was why she was so angered by Death's
sudden outburst.

[ death didn't respond at first, steely frosted-green eyes glaring at celesta. he had never met a cat that just wandered around, seeing new things everyday - and it was evident in his curious yet distrusting eyes.

but he supposed his anger was a little misplaced, despite his pride telling him otherwise.

"well, how did you even choose this lifestyle? it really must be exhausting to travel around like a nomad instead of having a snug territory and den." he mewed. he didn't bother saying sorry, he found no need to. ]
