Shadowkit and Whitekit were still playfighting in the clearing.
"MREEOW!!" Shadowkit yowls pouncing on Whitekit.

It was a normal day for Salmonshade. Cold nipped at her fur, ruffling it and making her shiver. It was getting much colder. She hoped they had enough supplies to last them this leaf-bare. She looked all around. She needed to socialize other than chatting with her sister, Cherrywood. But there was nothing to do! She had heard from DawnStar of the cat that got excucuted. Her eyes scanned the clearing while her heart and brain were full of thoughts. Did Foggymask have family? Someone he left behind here? Maybe. Her gaze softly landed on a cat. They looked apprentice age. Salmonshade slowly picked herself up and walked over. She just sat by them for a moment and then decided to speak. "Hey. You alright hon?" They didn't look so good. Was it the cold? Something else? @Star

Stars, when did he attract cats? First he heard Salmonshade's quiet and calm voice, and then Violetpaw's soft yet concerned one. Too much. Toomuch. The apprentice sucked in a deep and shaky breath before lifting his head from the ground and looking at both Salmondshade and Violetpaw. Great, great, great. How was he going to explain this?!
He wouldn't, that's what. There was nothing to explain. They didn't deserve to know. With his usual deadpan expression, Silentpaw shook his head and lightly waved his paw, dismissing both the warrior and fellow apprentice. There was nothing for them to worry about, it was his problem after all. He wasn't about to drag other cats into it. Why did they care so much?! He's not that important. To anyone. To Firepaw, or... The other Firepaw. They didn't care. Clovepool didn't care. Shadepaw didn't care. Foggymask didn't care either. If he did, why would he get his ass killed?
His panic and grief was quickly replaced by annoyance and frustration. Frustrated at himself for looking so weak and pathetic in front of his Clanmates, frustrated at Foggymask for being the one to cause all this in the first place, dammit, and frustrated at both the cats standing before him because WHY THE HELL WOULD THEY CARE?!

Silentpaw quickly registered where Owlthroat's teeth were going for. His tail. Or if he could even call that a tail. His short, stubby tail were a big disadvantage for him often times, the lack of it also resulted in a lack of balance while climbing. But now, this ultimately proved to be an advantage. The apprentice was able to quickly slip away from Owlthroat's teeth, avoiding getting his tail tugged on. He then turned to jump on top of Owlthroat again, but this time aiming to knock him over (Though that would be pretty hard, now that he thought about it.) instead of jumping completely on top of him.
