After being told to go to the den, she simply dragged herself over, head low with the occasional drop of a tear. Her fault- and damn did her mistakes sting. She was limping and some flecks of blood dripped from her head and little nicks. “I’m- s- sorry- Shalls…” she gulped, sitting down and cowering, making herself small.
