Thistle could only sit, guilt hanging from her, weighing her down. She was dead. She was dead. Her tail curled around her paws and she crouched, gaze wide on the ground. That wasn’t supposed to happen and now- now what? She was expecting kits, that’s what.

Patrol time…splendid. He padded towards the entrance and stood tall, allowing his voice to boom through the clearing. “CAT’S! LISTEN UP! Time for patrols. If you don’t hear your name don’t haul your whining ass over to me. You’ll be on one sooner or later.” he warned, gaze cold and serious. “N’ all patrols, be cautious. We’ve still gotta cougar wanderin’ about. Do everything you can to steer clear of its path.”

Atari healer

Camilla hurridly padded after Blood at his beckoning. He appeared more..frantic than usual, well, more keen on discussing things it seemed. Dipping her head in greeting to Ares she lingered behind her teacher as he started his rather crazed ranting. This would be...something. Definitely, something.

She shifted as the older healer continued, going on in great detail about anatomy and all things related. Brows subtly raised, she glanced towards the blurry shape of her cousin for a reaction, before her attention was captured by Blood once again. 'Little soft girl' the titled made her softly scoff. Everyone seemed intent on labelling her the sweet, damsel in distress. It was truthfuly a bit infuriating. Being friendly didn't make her harmless, they'd
have to learn that. Was there any harm in putting cats back in their place once in a while?

"I believe I'll manage. No need to worry about me, I was a trapper after all." Camilla hummed matter of factly, corners lips turning upwards in her signature soft grin. Blood and guts weren't all that common to one of her previous rank. They not only set traps, they did have to collect their prisoners as well and whatever poor creature that got caught was usually good as dead by the time she arrived.
