With the burdock gathered, Hollowpaw trailed behind Spiderthroat returning to the quarantine camp, feeling a little like his head was going to explode. Not from information overload, but more like his head was pounding and a poppy seed sounded just
so good right now. He won't rely on it though.
He's not really expecting the deputy to call for cats to gather to them if they felt sick - why couldn't they decide to do that all on their own? That should be something cats were perfectly capable of. And, annoyingly, Spiderthroat wants to examine
him first.
"'m fine," he says, brows furrowed and not meeting the deputies eyes. He really wanted nothing more than to go to sleep, but he wouldn't let himself. He has a
job to do, damn it! So, he turns his attention over to the first in line: Brindlepaw.
"We just got some burdock. 'M gonna put these juices on it," He's not really asking as he starts chewing up one of the four roots they'd gathered and carefully squeezing the juices onto the bites.
"I think that should be good..." he mutters mostly to himself once he'd finished.
"We're prob'ly gonna need more roots... if you're feelin' up to it," a glance to Spiderthroat with that. Once they had a few able bodied warriors.
