Spottedkit watches her brother and sister. she wasn't like them she was shy and tries to hide in the shadows but she cant because of her pelt color.



shadowkit Swishes his tail playfully and growls.

whitekit tilts her head.
"huh?" she mews

"MWROWW!" Whitekit yowls in surprise.

Ok, so apparently there was no way out of this situation. Silentpaw would have to communicate with this cat. One way or another. Shifting his body so he was sitting up straighter, the tabby tortoiseshell tom gave a small nod at the other apprentice's question. Newtbelly was... Cool. A great mentor, actually. He'd learned a lot from him, and he didn't know where he'd be in his training if not for the calico tom. Silentpaw silently watched as the black-furred apprentice stumbled over their words, seemingly nervous and slightly frantic? Why? He was immediately able to notice the slight change in their behaviour, starting from mumbling to shifting their gaze away. Interesting. Wasn't it just now they'd come up to him, looking all tough?

Quietly Ashpaw breathed an exhale, and they attempted to return to their previous toughness.
“Alright. Cool. My mentor’s like.. actually, I haven’t seen Elderberry for like 2 moons. Weird, huh?” They stated to Silentpaw in a hopefully charismatic way.
“Hope my new mentor doesn’t disappear too.”
Ashpaw grinned.
Now their confidence was back. This was what they wanted!
They waited for some sort of response.

Moonglow slunk through the camp, trying to avoid being seen, until she reached Duskpaw.
She nudged Duskpaw with her tail to get her attention, before dipping her head and muttering a sincere apology - "Sorry for waking you up earlier, Duskpaw. Would you like to go for a walk with me, now that the lockdown is lifted? I can't go alone, after all, and I feel like we got off on the wrong paw. Maybe we could give it another chance?"
