It was nice, finally being away from the eerie medicine den, and actually have a pleasant sleep. He had missed being in the apprentice den, laying with his littermates, and still HAVING A DAMN LEG!!! Wolfpaw's stomach softly rose and fall as he slept... until someone woke him up.

Come on. Someone had to ruin his nap, huh? Wolfpaw lifted his head, frowning at the younger apprentice who had awoken him. Green eyes stared sharply as the tom listened to them. "No, my name is mister blathermouth," he said sarcastically, rolling his eyes. "Yes, I'm wolfpaw. And its none of your business," the brown tom snapped, green hues sharp. "The hell you want from me?" he asked, letting out a sharp hiss of pain as he put pressure on his stub when he was trying to shift. eventually, the tripod got into a laying position facing the apprentice with his tail covering his stub.

Slypaw was a bit taken aback by the harsh tone. Honestly he should be used to cats talking to him like that by now. "I- Sorry, I didn't mean to bother you..." he said, his voice quiet as he took a step back to give the older cat some space.

Sunflowerpaw has been trying to sleep when Wolfpaw's aggravated voice hit her ears, so cold as if ice had frozen them. Lifting her head, the massive golden-and-cream she-cat pushed herself to her paws and padded over to Slypaw's side.

´´Wolfpaw, let's not be like that,´´ Sunflowerpaw mewed, her voice polite. It held an edge to it, however. She didn´t like it whenever her denmates fought. ´´You're ThunderClan´s Medicine Cat, we get it. Punish me if you'd like, but don't talk to Slypaw like that. All he did was ask you a question. You could be a little nicer sometimes.´´ Her ears twitched, amber hues narrowing down to slits. Should she talk to Bumblestar about the way Wolfpaw was treating the other apprentices? Perhaps. Would Sunflowerpaw really go to the ThunderClan Leader? Most likely not. ´´You're hurting, we know; but don't take your pain out on your Clanmates. Please,´´ She added on, her voice pleading.

Wolfpaw glared at slypaw as he watched the apprentice fumble over words. Thought it was common sense not to wake up cats when they're sleeping, but I guess not. he thought. He opened his jaws to speak, but in came sunflowerpaw. Wolfpaw curled up his lips into a snarl as he listened to the apprentice speak. It vaguely reminded him of how larkswoop spoke, but no matter. The medicine cat remained laying in the nest, clawing at the moss. "Shut the hell up sunflowerpaw. You don't tell me what to do, got it? And I wasn't being rude - I was sleeping and bee-brain over here woke me up, of course im grouchy!" he hissed, green eyes filled with rage. "And do not do NOT say that crap! I am not hurting, you dumbass. Dunno where that came from, but you need to shut the hell up. Now, do you have anything else you want to say?" he growled, smoothing down his spiked fur. He just wanted a nap for stars sake!

He turned to the new voice that had spoken, not as surprised when he saw it was Sunflowerpaw "Sunflowerpaw, thanks for standing up for me but he's right. It's my fault for wakin' him up" he said and turned back to Wolfpaw. "I'm sorry for wakin' ya. I didn't realize you were asleep."

Sunflowerpaw´s eyes lit with a fire at Wolfpaw´s tone. ´´Then what the hell is your problem, Wolfpaw?´´ The massive apprentice snarled in response, giving a lash of her tail. ´´Slypaw is not a bee-brain and you know it. He asked a simple question, and that was all. He even apologized,´´ She hissed. ´´You want to take a nap? Do so in your own den, if you don´t wish to be bothered. You have that privilege of not having to share a den. We don´t.´´ She let out a growl. ´´For StarClan´s sake, Wolfpaw, not a single cat in ThunderClan can be nice to you and not be yowled at.´´

Sunflowerpaw touched her nose to Slypaw´s shoulder. ´´Come on. Let´s go and entertain the kits.´´ Without saying anymore, the massive she-cat turned her back on Wolfpaw and exited the den.

Slypaw blushed when he felt Sunflowerpaw's nose on his shoulder. He gave one last glance to Wolfpaw before eagerly following Sunflowerpaw.
