after visiting Dragon, she was a bit ... uneasy, to say the least.

Artemis was simply roaming like the nomad she was when she heard the hisses of some pathetic she-cat. She could go on with her day and let the poor thing suffer on its own but she was feeling particularly nice for some reason. “Hello.” She meowed, sounding annoyed but she truly wasn’t well mostly.
