This would be for the role of Friend 1.

So far Stem's relationship with Silent has been less of friendship and more "we train together and kinda tolerate each other". However, as they train together, perhaps they start to build some mutual respect for each other at least based on the other's skills (I can't remember if this was always the original idea for them or not). If you choose Stemmy for this role, I don't think the path to getting them to the point of hunting together will be difficult. Perhaps there's a catalyst event while they're training, like they spar together and get a little too aggressive and then explode but then talk it out and this serves as the moment when they begin to respect each other more and develop something of a friendship?

 

Stempaw would lose an eye to this owl and suffer severe facial scarring. He's also going to go through a depressive period, as his recklessness has never led to any severe consequences in the past and this consequence can impact him as a warrior forever. He's not bothered by having scars, but being half blind he's going to see himself as useless. The thought of blaming Silentpaw never even crossed his mind because he blames himself. If Silentpaw visits frequently while Stemmy recovers, I could see him eventually snapping at him. In the "why are you dedicating so much effort to a crippled warrior" kinda way. This would eventually lead to a confrontation where Silentpaw can express how he blames himself, and Stemmy's confused because...why would Silentpaw do something that like?

This could serve as a catalyst for a beautiful friendship/bromance where they help each other recover and support each other.

 

because he needs more rps and i enjoy tormenting them *clears throat* I mean...while that's true I also think would lead to interesting character development for both characters. It doesn't have to grow into a romance, but an experience like this would be humbling for Stempaw and allow them to move from mutual respect and tolerance to developing a tighter friendship.
