Domino trotted alongside a pond. She'd never been around this way before, but it might be good hunting. Picking up a trace of frog, she lowered herself into the reed bed. The frog hopped closer, and she sprang foward, colliding with a sturdy brown tom who looked slightly older than her. Hey! She hissed, as her frog bounced away. Watch it! She knew that she had been the one who collided with him, but he had gotten in the way!

" I'm sorry. I didn't notice you there. "
* He took a step back. *
" I can go and catch something for you to make up for it. "

Domino whipped around, shooting an icy blue glare at this new cat. I'm fine, thanks. She snapped. Heat was radiating off of her...but not just from anger. She crouched down again, setting out to catch yet another frog. Springing up close to it, she managed to bat it on the back, just missing its spine. It scurried away, and she felt the eyes of the tom on her. Her fur burned with embarrassment. Mouse dung! She spat.

Domino shifted uncomfortably, although she was similarly comforted by the tom. What's your name? She mumbled, gazing out in front of her. No frog moved.

Domino shifted her head. My name...It's Domino. The black and white she-cat answered. Why have you come here? Do you like all the frogs too? She narrowed her eyes, uncomfortable at the thought of sharing prey.
