Wormpaw leaped to it's paws hearing it's name called. A patrol? FINALLY. Finally, it could get out of camp and stretch it's legs. He HATED being cooped up in camp and this was finally an excuse to get out. He stretched and yawned, his claws gently raking at the ground before be bounded over.

Wormpaw bowed his head in greeting to Squirrelrise "Whispering wetlands? That's uhhh" He furrowed his brows, humming quietly in thought "That's the Windclan border, right?" He asked, tilting his head.

Hawkbite acknowledged and quickly moved on from his girlfriend's demands. His tail swished behind him as he thought to himself on his choices before coming up with the perfect duo. They had something to discuss on this patrol anyway, so why not drag the both of them with him this time.

"Owlthroat! Newtbelly!" Hawkbite called for the warriors, waiting for them to respond before continuing. "Border patrol with me. I need to discuss something with you both while we're at it," the Commander spoke, waving his tail for them to follow once they gathered.

Newtbelly made sure to take the nettles for a quick dip, brushing the hairs off as Mossfreckle instructed. Soon enough, he saw the patrol was heading back.
He trailed into camp after the others. They'd made it back to camp unscathed, but, where was Hollowpaw? He couldn't help but feel a twinge of nervousness in his chest, and a slight worry that the warriors of the patrol would be taking the blame for this. Was it their fault if the kid was incompetant? Or, had they gotten lost? He didn't want to consider the possibility. The tom made his was to Mossfreckle, placing the herbs down.

Newtbelly's head perked up, alerted by the enforcer. They need to discuss something? Hopefully something good. His paws rwinged - maybe they'd planm a fight against those pesky owls. The tom headed over, dipping his head and waiting for Owlthroat.

Owlthroat made his way over, giving an amicable flick of his ear to Newtbelly. He would have to have him over in the nursery soon to see his children. Tuftedtusk would love the extra visitors and family time. Newtbelly was family of sorts.

Something to discuss? His head tipped quizzically at Hawkbite. But he knew better than to bombard with questions, all would be revealed in time. He enjoyed Hawkbite’s company, a worthy patrol mate. Certainly a cat which had gained his respect, perhaps friendliness too.

Silentpaw followed Rookfire and Palepaw back to camp, and dropped the catmint he'd found not far from Rookfire and Palepaw's pile. Blegh. Did not smell so pleasant. At least not to him.
