Okay I got an update for both Rogan & Orion.

Rogan:
• he has the mayor’s picture on the dartboard for “ehh… reasons”
• ladders break everyday (already knew that)
• “mayor didn’t have a wife”. He forgot too.

Orion:
• one of the books is used to flag issues of the town. Don’t have enough time left, otherwise I could’ve checked the content of the book.
• the other book seems to log some quests in it, and if ppl kill the creatures in the list they get a reward. Why isn’t that written on the quest board in the guildhall? More strange, Orion didn’t remember writing anything in it.
• same thing, Orion seems to have forgotten about his wife.
• says the mirrors have been here before she got employed.
• says Garrick may know more about the storage closet — just got an idea! Maybe the closet hides a body? — and is curious about what’s in it. Guesses its storage, but isn’t sure.
• says the firework guy is a wizard and that his advertisements are odd.

All I got is lupine says I should look in a book about the tooth. She didn’t really know, said it was maybe a snake, but it was too thick or something.

You say Rogan didn’t know, but he could literally be pretending. But the closet with the body is a very good idea. We should ask Garrick- HOLD ON I HAVE A CRAZY IDEA- WHAT IS THE TOOTH IS TTHE KEY!?!? @Morrigan @Shrew

It could, but the only problem with that is that of the tooth is the key, then the lock can be picked very easily — just put a random thing in it and it’ll work — unless the tooth hasn’t got a smooth surface?

That’s true. But I’m trying it out with Orion now, I think she might let me try. No, time is up, but it’s still good to keep investigating to make sure we were right. Who did you submit it the end? I said Rogan and the wizard guy.

I still submitted a pm to the mayor today, here it is:

 

Hello, sorry for answering very late… if this guess still can be counted, then please hear what I have to say:

I think that the wizard that makes the firework show used it as an excuse to come to the town. He put posters at some places, and took advantage of it to shatter some mirrors and curse them. What they could do is to erase any memory of the mayor’s wife, as well as cause some strong negative emotions.

Then, Rogan could be an accomplice. He has access to a lot of weapons, and had a dartboard with the mayor’s picture on it. He refused to explain the reason for the picture to be there. He may use the idea of the sewer’s ladders breaking to go in them, and use them to get where he wants — possibly somewhere where he can kill the mayor’s wife without being seen.

To conclude, I think that the firework show’s wizard and Rogan are both implied in the mayor’s murder.

Anyways, got more info from Garrick (not a lot though)

• says that “nobody has quests to give, quite simple.” Probably true, no odd behaviour.
• a question about his to-do list caught his attention. Gonna see if there’s info to catch.
