Deadmoon had been fine with either choice Mistypaw might make, but she would be lying if she claimed not to be excited about seeing what her new apprentice could do. A bit of ambition was never a bad thing, no, not at all.
Sounds good to me! she purred, before looking around quickly.
We're going to want to head somewhere else though, so there are more things about for you to hunt. The question was where. Perhaps it WOULD be worth it to head to the beech copse. Mistypaw would probably be able to get at least one bit of prey there, so the longer walk wouldn't be wasted.
We're going to a beech tree. she decided, shifting into a trot and then a jog as she headed over towards what looked like a short, but remarkably wide, bush. Really the tree was just in a depression of the meadow, but it was a bit of a funny sight until one got close. Stopping at the crest of the ridge, Deadmoon mewed more quietly
Good luck! Go wild! She was pretty sure there was a mouse or two down there, a squirrel too if her nose wasn't deceiving her. Not that it really mattered at this point, it was up to Mistypaw. @
