Floodsight ✦ RiverClan | 22 moons | Mind Reader ; Beefed Up T3 ; empty slot
She'd been meaning to do a little training for some other apprentices on the side, whilst taking a break and figure out what to do with Aspenpaw. She'll have to take some time on the side to figure out a round about way to teach this little one. Well...he isn't so little anymore. It's already been 2 moons since he'd became her apprentice and she still hasn't figure him out yet.
No worries, those were thoughts for another day. Today, her focus was on taking a few apprentices out for hunting. Brush up on the basics and hopefully, bring a few pieces of prey home. The silver she-cat made her towards the apprentice den, her gentle voice called out for them to gather. "Jaggedpaw, Marigoldpaw. You two up to get some hunting today today?"
Not really having anything to do the young one eyed apprentice was inside the apprentices den. He had taken his old bedding out and replaced it with new stuff. He didn't like anything being dirty, especially if it were someplace he slept at at night. Hearing the voice of a warrior call his name he perked his ears up. Did he hear right? They said his name? Jumping up real fast he scurried out of the den.
Hunting? He was going to properly learn how to hunt? Sounds like fun. He was actually going to be useful. "I'm ready for hunting.", he meowed in excitement. Jaggedpaw stood there to wait yo see if the other apprentice named would show up. He didn't really know anyone in Riverclan. Maybe he could finally make a friend. Or not. He was used to not having any friends. He really missed his sister. If only she was out looking for him. Jaggedpaw brushed the feeling away. His main focus right now was hunting.

Marigoldpaw wished, prayed for no dreams. And she didn't get any. Nothing pleasant, nothing unsettling. Nope, just darkness and the pale hum of white noise. Or was it rain? That was possible... Marigoldpaw imagined that whenever she slept, regardless if she dragged anycat in her dreamscape, she was still there. Listening to the soft patter of rain, feeling a kind wind ruffle her fur. Though, her scenes sharpened as she heard her name being called by a familiar voice.
Uh... Floodsight! Yeah, Aspenpaw's mentor. Hazle eyes were revealed slowly as she fluttered her eyelids. She blinked, trying to adjust herself to the lighting that was too bright and the sounds that were too too loud. She managed a smile though, her gaze temporarily flicking to the appreciate beside her. Jaggedpaw, yes? She offered him a smile as well before she lifted herself up and stretched her hamstrings and flexed her paws, her jaw unhinging in a yawn.
"Armmm.... Floodsight? Hunting? Uh, yeah, I can do that." She mewed mid yawn. She then shook her fur and blinked slowly. "Yup yup... Uh, good morning! Wait--- it's still morning, right?" The apprentice braced herself for the shards of sunlight once she stepped out the stoney den, her pupils shrinking drastically as she stepped outside, one orange paw after the other. Jaggedpaw seemed to be outside already. Good for him... Marigoldpaw thought sleepily.

Shadowpaw had just been minding her ooowwwwnn business in the Apprentices' Den, like she normally does. Minding her own business. When she heard...
"Hunting?" The black tabby she-cat's head lifted from her paws and her ears perked. "Hey hey! Can I join?" She was on her paws in an instant, giving her pelt a gentle shake and padding over to the warrior and the two apprentices. She gave the two apprentices a quick, friendly smile, and turned to the warrior expectantly.

There they were. Marigoldpaw and Jaggedpaw. The former was...Aspenpaw's friend? Should be, could be? Floodsight wasn't too sure. Surely they were friendly enough. Afterall she'd seen the her apprentice pounce in her direction every chance he got. The latter was someone she hardly new, but today was a good chance to get to know both of them.
Just as she nodded in approval at their steady and ready arrival, another voice peeped up from the dens. Shadowpaw. This little one was there when Owltalon called for them. "Of course, Shadowpaw. Come along now, best to get going."
Her words were short, but gentle, hoping to sounds a little bit inviting. Afterall talking wasn't her forte and her couple of scars don't help her appearance. "We'll be heading into the general RiverClan territory for some land hunting practice. How much do you little ones knows?"
Her gentle frame padded along and led the small hunting group out of camp. They could chat and talk as they walk of course.

Oh, Riverclan territory! She hadn't been there in a while. Wait, she hadn't been there at all. Most of her days were spent in camp since she could never work up the guts to go and actually talk somecat into taking her on a proper territory tour. She had been meaning to ask Speckles about it sooner or later, but she always forgot! Silly silly brain... Maybe she'd be able to coax Floodsight to show her around if she was fortunate enough. But, of course, there were no promises.
Upon being asked what she knew about hunting, Marigoldpaw couldn't shield her sheepish smile. "Eh... All I know is a really messy hunting crouch," she was more than embarrassed to admit that she wasn't as far along in her training as she would've liked. She had to do better...
Hazle eyes looked to her fellow apprentices, her eyes kind but laced with curiosity. "How's uh... Training been for you guys? Shadowpaw? Jaggedpaw?" Hopefully it was far more progressive than her own, she was honestly not the best at keeping tabs on things, but she was pretty good at evaluating situations.
