A cave with Stalagmites on the top, that can fall and kill or injure very badly. There is an underground lake when you venture further. Cats under 9 moons are not allowed in here due to risk of the cave collapsing ontop of them.

• Storm Cliff
A huge cliff that drops down to the sea. There is a single dead tree said to be struck from lightning. It is very steep, so there are many risks coming up here. If you successfuly make it up here, there are few Blackberry bushes. If you come up and stand by the edge, you can see if any storms are coming.

THE MUDDY MOUTH

A calm expanse of tall grass and brackish water where river meets sea. These shallows are silty and lush with life, navigable by wading or by traversing the maze of sand deposits that stretches toward the horizon. Fish, shellfish, and sea birds are abundant prey here, and cats can usually count on finding a variety of shells and interesting pieces of driftwood tucked amidst the mud and the rushes.

Warriors, be warned! Quicksand is a known hazard around these parts.

Introducing the Muddy Mouth, a hypothetical delta. Features include shallow and slow-moving water, dozens of small and sandy 'islands', copious little treasures to be uncovered from the tall reeds and the muck, and treacherous patches of quicksand! Cats can choose to brave the murky waters or to carefully jump along the mosaic of dry land.

This landmark would be a prized hunting location, though solo trips would not be advisable. Provided there is careful supervision, the dense and lazy water here may also make Muddy Mouth an ideal place for beginner swim lessons.

Scarlet Solace

Scarlet Solace is a small ravine, mostly occupied by a lake within it. A row of large stones go from the shore to an island in the middle of the water, opposite to where the entrance tunnel is. A pointed slab of rock takes up most of the space on the island. Scarlet beebalms choke the land, and lotuses of the same color plague the outermost regions of the lake, giving the ravine it's name.

It is said that once in every moon, any cat that visits Scarlet Solace will see a loved one that had passed on. If they attempt to communicate or interact with the deceased cat, it suddenly disappears.

Even though nobody knows when this night is and the stories are mostly likely false, the lake becomes a comfort to anyone in sorrow.

Ravenous River

A river thats so wild and fast that its generally under limits for anyone to swim in, and punishments are in place for mentors that guide they're apprentices to the water. Many fish have adapted to the rushing currents, and without any predators to keep them in check, Ravenous River is stuffed to the brink with scaly life. A hefty amount of voles and other rodents risk living here, trading getting ripped apart by the clans for the peril of the waters rising and sweeping them away.

Kits tend to have a deep rooted fear of this place, they're heads filled with elders' stories of other kittens getting stolen by the river. A popular one is that of a bright, young and potent kit that had the world's greatest future ahead of them, but attempted to conquer the river and died a quiet, lonely death.

The sunlit waters/The branching waters (depends on which half of the landmark you pay attention to)

A body of water/lake that seems to have placed itself in a cave of sorts There is few fish here, if any. The cave has several openings varying in size that could be used as entrances. Since some of these openings are located on the roof of the cave, it lets rays of sunlight pass through, shining light in the cave's waters.

However, caution is hiding among the seemingly calm waters of this cave. The waters seems to be hiding an underwater tunnel that would branch off to it’s own direction, with one leading to an area near the seastones. These tunnels are long with little air pockets, so most cats wouldn’t be able to make it through without drowning. Apprentices (though generally cats of all ages) are advised against trying

CRYSTALLINE CAVERN
hidden in the crevices of two hills resides the entrance to a large cavern. if you watch your step, you can climb down and explore its depths. it will reveal to you a lush, overgrown cave filled with some crystals that line the walls. surprisingly, the mushrooms & glowworms keep the cavern decently well-lit. a stream runs through the ground, eventually falling off a decent slope. following it is not recommended. this area may be safe .. but exploring further can prove risky with the lack of light, though perhaps it'll also prove rewarding?
-- ever get hit by a natural disaster ? this place is perfect for shelter! you can actually see and there's a water source. surely, there must be some food too ..
-- whatever lies in the Depths i leave up to u!! but i think it would be cool if the darker areas could also eventually work for any training in dark (though would likely need to get investigated/anything dangerous taken care of first) & also help with stealth training cause any sound you make will be amplified, so ur mistakes r Extra obvious

PUMPKIN POOLS
enter through the looming trees and stumble upon a wide clearing covered by a canopy of leaves. multiple pools of water, bountiful with varying types of fish, reside in the tall grass. they each vary in sizes and depth, a pool for all sizes and ages. at first glance they seem to be disconnected, but swimming underneath reveals tunnels that connect them. when the time is right, large pumpkins grow in the clearing. otherwise, it is filled with lush evergreen; serving as a decent spot for herbs during new-leaf.

MOLE MOUND
careful where you step! climbing up this hill can prove to be difficult with the amount of holes and burrows littering the place. see, moles have run rampant in this area and aren't showing any sign of surrendering it soon. too much damage has been done for much herbal life to grow here, but it proves useful as a food source and helping apprentices master their pouncing skills. timing is key, after all! near the top of the mound stands a huge red maple with decently-sized rocks surrounding it in a circular manner.

Lilypad Pond
A secluded pond surrounded by ferns, willows, and the occasional lavender and daisy plants. Lilypads lay atop of the pond's surface, frogs hopping onto them from time to time (which would give RiverClan extra prey, if they had to resort to hunting the amphibians). Mice, water voles, and shrews make nests near the pond to be close to the water. Fish reside in the waters, making this a landmark that would be excellent for hunting.

Plot Ideas

• Swimming lessons for the kits (that are five [ 5 ] moons and older), since the waters are rather calm.
• Hunting Races and / or Competitions for the apprentices, since Lilypad Pond would be prey-rich.

Shadowsway Creek
A shallow stream that runs throughout a part of RiverClan´s territory. This creek is constantly covered in the shadows of swaying willows and arching beeches. Due to beech nuts, squirrels reside close to this creek. They may be small, but minnows swim throughout the creek, heading towards the outskirts; that is the way that the creek flows.

Starlit Grotto
A huge glade that pans out from the edges of RiverClan´s forest. The grasses are tall, and several herb patches - such as sorrel, goldenrod, and marigold - are located here. At night, cats could come here and take their mind off of things. They could look up at the sky and reminisce about their fallen kin and their memories with them, as the stars seem to shine brightly here, even on partly cloudy nights. The grotto would be rich in prey, unhunted by others.

[Blaaze]

Brackish Thunders
Alternatively: Roaring Estuary, Bridging Falls, Brackish Cove

Desc.

A freshwater river of which runs through the territory, and falls down in a waterfall into a saltwater cove, near the edge of Lionsbeach, making a pool of brackish water below. Occasionally seabirds can be found here, along with a variety of fish that reside near the bottom. The cove is roughly 10 feet deep, and the waterfall, although not over 4 ft in height, is strong due to the strength of this section of the river. The cove is a perfect spot in the shallower edges to teach apprentices to swim, as the small amount of salt in the water helps the cats float, while the freshwater doesn't assist quite as much.

Gulls, Brackish water fish, saltwater fish, occasionally freshwater fish but less often.

Herbs that can be found

Random tree bark (Some still medicinal, and can be used as a last resort), logs, and stones are found. Moss is plentiful.

Predators that can be found

Animals such as snakes are occasionally found here, as well as Osprey.

[Hushfalls]

Creaking Cavern

Located deep within in this cavern is an old Viking ship. The cavern is named after the loud creaking noise the ship would often make. It's full of old human treasures and maybe some bones. A large sky light allows light into. There's also a low level of water surrounding the boat acting like a moat. The tunnel is slanted so that in storms it'll flood. The water doesn't normally rise very high, but it can be dangerous in storms with heavy rain.

SHARKWATER BAY
Sharkwater Bay is, hence the name, a bay. Despite the name, 'Sharkwater', there are often no sharks! Salmon come to the bay to lay their eggs, and during heavy rainfall it gets mighty flooded, so no cat is to be near Sharkwater Bay during rainstorms. The water is slightly salty, but otherwise it's usually alright to drink. Sharks like Tiger Sharks do sometimes get into the bay, so you have to keep an eye out!

S I L V E R P O O L S
A series of 4, rather small interconnecting natural rock pools. Each pool is filled with small, glistening, smooth pebbles that vary in colors as well. The water is decently clear in each pool. The depth changes in each pool, the first is shallow, clear, and a good place for any kits to learn how to adjust to water. For a normal 2 moon old kit, the water reaches their belly (barely). It’s large enough to fit about 3 warriors. The second pool is about as deep as an average warriors shoulders/neck and is quite larger, able to fit about 9 fully grown cats. The third is full-own swimming for any cat and is the depth of about 2 cougar heights. 10-12 cats fit in this. Lastly, this pool can fit about 5 fully grown cats, but reaches to a fully grown cats stomach area, making it more suits or for apprentices. Each pool of water has its own life other than the kit one.
At night the moon illuminates in the water, causing a gorgeous shimmer and a nice, relaxing area.

- An ideal area for kits to learn fishing and start swimming a bit, along with calm waters for any cat to improve their skills.
