It was rather early, at least for your normal kit. Not Raccoonkit though, much to the dismay of most of the queens in the nursery he was up, awake, and loud. He stumbled around his littermates, tripping over other denmates as he wobbled his way to the entrance.

He paused, looking out into the camp through wide awe-filled eyes, WOW! It was so big and cool! there was so much going on too, so many smells to smell, and sights to see. He sniffed around as he took a few more clumsy steps out of the den, tripping over his paws. He tumbled, rolling about a tail length away from the den entrance.

The Riverclan kit lay, face-first in the dirt for a moment, groaning as he slowly rose to his paws. He stood, dazed, shaking his head to shake the feeling. His gaze scanned the camp, a gasp escaping his maw as his eyes locked onto the apprentice den.

After that, he was off again, this time with a mission. He approached the den, his tail waving behind him excitedly as he bounded over. He carelessly entered the den, stepping on a couple of apprentice's noses and tails as he searched for any of his older siblings. Raccoonkit called out their names individually, waiting between each name for a response [b]"Bumbleeee... Crooooow... Shadowwww... Shaaaallow... Laaaaark" He screeched out in an ear-piercingly high-pitched tone.

His green gaze swept over the sleeping cats in the den, trying to differentiate his siblings from the others.

Larkpaw was sleeping. She dreamed of running in fields. She instantly woke up when a tiny voice spoke up. The apprentice was still sleepy, trying to fully open her eyes. "Racconkit?"" She yawned. "Why are you up this early?" @anika @Rowan @Starphobia @Neptune. @seeingstars

Aw, what the hell? Who let this kit in? Groaning in frustration, Shadowpaw pulled herself to her paws, only to see the one and only Raccoonkit in the den. She rolled her eyes. Obnoxious kits. She hurried over to the small kit and gently pressed her nose to his forehead before lowering her head so she was staring directly into her brother's eyes.

"Raccoonkit!" She whisper-yelled through her teeth. "You better keep your voice down! There're cats in 'ere that needa rest!"

Bumblepaw´s curled ears flattened at the sound of her little brother´s screech in the den. Her head shot up and she flashed Raccoonkit a glare from icy hues. ´´Raccoonkit, why are you up in the middle of the night screeching our names?´´ She mewed, her voice rather sharp from exhaustion. ´´You know that our mentors have been training us harder than usual.´´

The she had been curled up in her nest rather comfortably. The screech of her name was rather more of an irritation to her than the possibly playful invite it was supposedly meant to be. He lifted her head for a moment, eyes half-closed and sleepy. She opened her maw to say something but then her siblings all seemed to beat her to it. Her ears flicked down a bit. More talking, more voices, more crowds. More unwanted crowds and busy cats and her family all talking but she couldn’t understand, it was all noise to her. Oh how she hated having to divert her attention between cats clearly.

Her head started to throb as she got irritated, then all the harsh tones to their little sibling? Sure, the kits were annoying but they surely didn’t mean any harm, right? She merely rested her head back down, trying to drown out the noise.

When most of his siblings had responded he gave an affirmative nod. Their scolding meant nothing to the young tom. He glanced back out of the den, then back at his older siblings.

Okay, Larkpaw. 'why're you up so early?' This was a simple question to answer. "got bored and Mama and my littermates were sleeping too soundly" He said with a pout, his attention turning to his next sibling.

Shadowpaw was next, he watched her move, then approach him. Play? His eyes lit up and his tail began to wave excitedly behind him. He was too focused on the fact they were suddenly eye to eye. Her words merely rolled off of him. "I could be MUCH louder" The tom kit pointed out, a small grin crossing his maw.

Bumblepaw, oh dear, her tone seemed somewhat more harsh than the others. The tom pinned his ears back momentarily, but regained his composure quickly "It's not the middle of the night! It's early morning" he said, matter of factly, puffing his chest out proudly before leaving it at that, he turned his attention to the last of his siblings to visibly move.

Crowpaw. Wait? nothing? no response? A look and then silence? That just couldn't be. The blue-pointed tom bounced his way over, stepping on a tail or two as he stumbled through the den. Several glares shot through the tom's pelt but he didn't care.

"Croooow" he whined out flopping himself onto his sister with a huff "I wanna play moss ball or capture the badger or SOMETHING. I'm. so. BORED." He complained loudly.
