Mothflame was... Not at all pleased with the absence of her patrolmates. Letting out a frustrated sigh, she padded up to Wolfpaw.

"Hello, Wolfpaw," she greeted the young medic with a light dip of her head. Her usual friendly and pleasant-looking exterior was replaced with displeasure and annoyance. "Both Lambfluff and Hawkthorn failed to show up, and I'm going to need to go with a different warrior, if you have anyone in mind." Her large tail flicked behind her, taking the moment to again scan the clearing for any signs of the warriors that were called for the patrol.

The off white tom jerked his head up. Whoops. He shook out his thick pelt and raced over. "Hello! Yes, me Lambfluff, hello. So sorry about that! I didn't
hear my name until just now." He explained, stumbling over his words slightly. Lambfluff flashed a warm and friendly but apologetic grin.

Acornpaw bounds through the crowd, looking for her patrol-mates with a slightly panicked expression on her face. She may be just a tad late- but despite that fact, she still makes good time in her swift journey from the apprentice den. Soon the pelts of the clan members she's 'suppose to meet come into view and she skids to a halt before them, only slightly out of breath.

"So sorry I'm late, I'm Acornpaw, you're Honeypetal and Violetfreckle, right? Ready for the patrol? This is actually my first herb patrol, isn't that cool? I'm really excited for it! What are we looking for, poppy seeds? Yeah, that sounds right! I forgot what they do... too bad! I'm sure one of my friends will know, maybe I'll ask them later!" She rambles, her expression shifting to an almost blinding portrayal of excitement in the joy of meeting new cats.

She bounces up and down a bit, eager to get started as she looks around her.

As the silver-and-white Bengal padded into camp with the burdock in her jaws, Silverleopard glanced back to make sure that Sparrowpelt and Nightgaze had returned along with her.

The warrior padded over to Wolfpaw, curled ears twitching ever so slightly. Her blue eyes were thoughtful as she placed her bundle of herbs down in front of the medicine cat. ´´Burdock, as you were promised. Sparrowpelt and Nightgaze should be bringing some, too.´´

Skunkridge watched as Antpaw caught the vole she had missed, but didn't catch much else after that.
"Seems we're both pretty unlucky today." The tuxedo joked, before looking up at the sky "It's getting dark. I know we didn't catch much, but we should head back."

After waiting for a response, Skunkridge made his way back to the Undercrag "Hiya, Bumblestar. Sorry for bein' a little tardy!" They said as they set down the squirrel that they had caught "Spiderthroat told us to catch what we could and report back to you while he went and took Mallowpaw to the sick camp!"
